“Chi gave us a very reasonable price to get our grandfather clock running. It had stopped a few years ago, and had resisted our efforts to restart it. However, he encountered an unusual problem: the original owner -- a horologist -- had adjusted one of the weights.The clock is now running smoothly, and keeping better time than it has ever done, but it took Chi twice the visits and twice the usual time.
