I am so disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from Omar Ganief, Manager at this branch of Vancity.I visited the branch to withdraw my own funds from my account. However, Mr. Ganief failed to provide me with my money after asking numerous unnecessary and intrusive personal questions
found Mr. Ganief's behavior unprofessional and his actions unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to have access to my funds without being subjected to unnecessary scrutiny.

This branch is one of the unwelcome, not professional ,management and employees that I have seen in my experience.
I would not recommend to any of my family, relatives ,friends to be clients of this branch or I would say this Bank.

I just came to your Branch to use your ATM machine. The time it was 10:50 p.m. And the door to get into The area where your ATM machine is is locked. Is this a normal thing that you guys do now or was this done by mistake? Irritated and annoyed, especially since this is out of my way of where I live

Don't like to give 1 star but just consider it a reminder :2 lines : 1 business , 1 personal . Dec 29 or 30 Just me at the bank . Waited 12 Mins in Business line (I was the only one at the bank when I arrived ). 3 customers passed me from personal line . Still no acknowledgment from any of the 2 counters ! Hellooo ! What's the point of having a business line if its a disadvantage for the customer. left the bank . who knows if they wanted to serve the business line or not .That being said , other branches don't have this problem at all.

Only being open from 9-3 makes it impossible for anyone who works to bank during the day, and the homeless who live in the atm lobby make it impossible to use the atm.

I spent an hour and a half with VanCity trying to complete a very simple business transaction. Even with a 15 year relationship and immaculate credit they treated me like I was a new customer. I had one corporate account left (of the four I once had at VanCity) I will be taking the business for this last account to an institution that can be more helpful.
