Was forced to prove I hadn't stolen anything in the middle of the store while it was busy. I hadn't, and have literally never stolen anything in my life. The manager apologized, but it was the most humiliating experience of my life. The entire situation was handled incredibly poorly, there was no reason it should have been so loud and public.
Never recieved any kind of apology from the employee who accused me, or even any reason as to why she thought I was stealing.

These clothes are amazing. My son turned me into it. Soft, well made and inexpensive for a quality product. My 95 year old father is now wearing clothes from here for comfort and fit. One of my rare 5 stars.

Thank you for the delightful shopping experience with wonderful staff. The experience of a box adding up the cost of my purchase was interesting. My son loves his One Piece shirt. The energy of the changing room staff yesterday was warm and helpful. All that’s left to do is find a way to make clothing locally for local customers.

I would have given 0 for their customers service. Manager is Not good at problem solving. I was there for exchange not even refund but they need a tag which I don’t have it because it was a gift for my friend and I removed the tag and thrown it but I didn’t give it as a gift because they didn’t visit us when I wanted to exchange it they said they need a tag. I explained it was not even used. I don’t want my money back at least give me something i like. Ridiculous customer service

No return or refund, no price match , all tag has its own barcode, so don’t lose it, and keep it for 30 days then you can return it, anyway, just never go back, it’s international company.

*do not buy online* - they do not let you return it in store. They insist you can only exchange for items of the exact same value, with no option for store credit or a gift card. There are no refunds offered in store even within 30 days. You can only return online items by shipping it back to their warehouse and incurring a $9.90 fee. The Store Managers agree this isn't right. These policies make no sense give your competitors a leg up.

Feb 09 1:30pm - The worse experience of trying to pay for products. I was paying for 2 items. In the self checkout, I scanned the first item and this girl, possibly Filipino, comes to me and start micromanaging my transaction. Literally, micromanaging. Right after I put the first item in the bucket she starts telling me to out the item in the bucket repeatedly. I haven't even scanned the second item. Why would I put it into the bucket? Trying to ignore her I so I can finish my purchase she starts telling me what to press and screwed up my transaction. Why is buying items at this store so complicated and uncomfortable? Is this how the management teaches their employees? Then I did not choose to pay for a bag so I can hand carry, this girl immediately goes to the bagging areas to tell me to get a bag repeatedly. I said no and she finally ask did you pay for a bag with a hostile tone. What is wrong with you people?
