Never caught his name, but he was, friendly, fast, personable and explained everything to me before I dropped it off and fixed a broken screen. When I dropped it off he said it be ready in 30min I was crunched for time so really appreciated being able to pick up after work. Recommend this place at Sunwood always.??✨️✨️Update✨️✨️✨️ I went in again few days later and he put a screen protector on the spot for my same Samsung 23 Ultra and he remembered me. His name is Deep and he is beyond awesome. I will always go to Deep from now on and recommend him and this shop always.??

I went in with my phone, requesting a new battery and charging port. Deep did exactly what I asked for, but when he tested it, it was still not charging right - he narrowed it down to a faulty cable inside the phone, which he didn't have in stock, and he would have to go pick it up from another location. He sent me home with the phone, at no charge (ha!), and asked me to come back tomorrow. When I came back, he promptly finished the job, and it works fine now. Thanks Deep!I saw him help another customer as well; he gave reasonable advice, didn't talk down to anyone, and didn't try to sell them anything they didn't need or want.

We took our son’s Nintendo switch here to be fixed as they said they could fix it. We were quoted $100 but when it came to pick up it was now $200. Fine. We were getting the charging port fixed and because it is the oled it was a bit more work so I was fine with the 200, brought it home and it wouldn’t connect to wifi, sent it back because they did something, they fixed that issue and then brought it back home to now some error code popping up the and headphone jack not working, brought it back again, they said they fixed the issue, got home and same thing…error code and headphone jack not working. I once again brought it back and asked them to please make sure it’s fixed before sending it back. Thinking they will test it at the store before calling to say it’s fixed. Clearly not…we got home and of course it’s still not fixed. So I paid $200 for them to ruin the Nintendo switch. They are saying it’s beyond repair at this point because they replaced something to do with the headphone jack on their own dime like they were doing me a favour even though they are the ones that screwed it up. I don’t no what they did but the headphone jack won’t work at all and if the error code pops up again then the whole entire console will be useless.I called to let them know it is still broken and I was told they will contact the manager and call me back but I have yet to hear from anyone
