If I could give them a 0 star rating I would, please landlords/homeowners save your money and do not buy appliances from here. They have terrible customer service and hire incompetent workers. Issues have been brought up to management but they do not care. Took 3 different days off of work for them to finish a simple install job of a dryer to which they couldn’t even do, had to call a handyman to finish the job properly. Go elsewhere!

We bought a freezer that turned out to have a major dent in it when we got it home. They delivered to us a replacement within a week and unpacked it to make sure it was okay.

Excellent service..from salesperson Hess to delivery schedule to onsite delivery. Great place to get appliances. Hess is awesome. Customer service is great. Nothing beats Trail Appliance.

I had an excellent experience with T.C. Kasikci from the Trail/ Coquitlam store. T.C. was friendly, professional, efficient and found a great deal for me on an LG dishwasher. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend TC at the Coquitlam store to anyone looking for appliances.

I had a great experience with Azita at the Trail Appliance. She was really helpful and always made sure to find answers to my questions by talking to her team. I was looking for something very specific, and she took her time to help me find the perfect item. Even when what I chose first didn't work out for our space, she was super helpful with the return. Azita is not only good at her job but also very nice to talk to. I really appreciate all her help and would recommend her to anyone shopping there.
