I came to this store on black friday to check out a ukulele for myself as a beginner and i got assisted by this chill guy who took time to talk me through on making the right choice. I recall him saying he was from bangladesh and plays the sitar. Just wanna tell whoever the store manager is, you did an amazing job hiring a great guy for customer service in the store.

I have nothing bad to say about Willy Wang the assistant manager at this location as he treated me with nothing but professionalism and great customer service. However, the same can't be said about the Branch manager Dallas Todd. I just ordered a Schecter guitar that came in with quality control issues and although most would consider them minor, it is very disappointing considering the $2000 price point of the instrument. Willy gladly refunded me my deposit but as I was leaving Dallas said "I'll say this, i've been doing this 30 years and no guitars are perfect. Even $25,000 guitars come in with problems". I then replied with that's not true because I own guitars that are perfect to my standard and Dallas replied with "Yeah right, bring it in and I'll find something wrong with it". You think I'm ever going to step in your store ever again after you make comments like that to your customers? I'm never going to do business with Tom Lee Music again after Dallas made those unprofessional comments let alone show you my instruments.People always ask why I shop at Tom Lee and not Long and Mcquade since they have better stock and selection. I always told them because of customer service. Unfortunately, after how unprofessional Dallas treats customers I can't say that anymore. I went straight to Long and Mcquade after and showed them photos of the guitar in question and they agreed that it wasn't acceptable. They ordered me the same guitar since they actually have stock at their warehouse and assured me that if it arrives with blemishes like the one from the Tom Lee store they would refund or replace no questions asked.

Terrible experience in the paid trail lesson of piano at $60. Irresponsible and unprofessional teacher （Winnie Tse) and course advisor. No customer service. No communications and refused the student without telling the reason at the end. Speechless! Can't believe this is a professional music school.

There is a wide variety of instruments here, also for a great price. But the staff were some of the rudest encounters I've ever experienced. I went with some friends, and we all tried out some instruments. The staff were constantly supervising us to the point where it was uncomfortable. They got unreasonably upset or irritated for small problems. And they just made the whole experience horrible. The rudest was a blond woman, who talked in a demeaning tone and didn't help at all. I genuinely hope that something is done about the staff's attitude.

Amazing friendly staff. When you go to the store with an 11 year old and they leave excited about Benny Goodman then the staff has acquired a repeat customer. Always had great and friendly service.

I have been going to Tom Lee since the 1990 ….always get great service and advice from Dallas my main man !He always try’s to give me a great deals even when I don’t expect one …I thought it was time to show him some love !! If you need to get a guitars ,drums or what ever your musical needs are .Talk to Dallas before you make a important decision on an instrumentYou won’t be disappointed!
