Worst service ran by the most unprofessional people, a massive displeasure to even enter this poor excuse for a UPS Store...I will gladly drive 20 km to find another UPs Store... this lady isn't fit to run a store... will be a pleasure to report this person to UPS head office... maybe they will yank their license and give it to worthy business owners

They tried to crank call me twice.They said they dialed by mistake.I blocked their number.
And once they told me I received an Amazon package,medium sized and they pretended they are looking at the package,over the phone.Then I went there and they said I don't have any package!
You be the judge.

I've been using this UPS location for mail and front desk package service for years. The customer service is exceptional. Always friendly with a smile.

As always, this location disappoints, UPS elsewhere is good. Went to get a passport photo and....... what a surprise the camera is not working. I swear this is a front for some other illegal busines.

Dropped off a package here.
Remember to peel off the old ups label. The young lady helped me peel it off, very nice of her.
Also got a high quality tape gun from here. Overall fast and friendly service. This is 4pm on a Tuesday

She wanted me to wait in line for a drop off !! What would I wait in line with 6 people who need to print a label? That’s missing the point of drop off … worst UPS store I’ve ever been to.

This UPS is a nightmare. One of the ladies that works there is rude and has zero interest in anything. Absolutely no care for their customers at all.

When I went to pick up my new Mastercard, for the second time, I wad told by the UPS personel at this site that I cannot send to them unless I pay $5. BMO gave me three options for delivery, my place, BMO, or UPS site. I work 12 hr shifts and limited availability. And for me IPS site was the best, but not this UPS site on 552 Clarke Road Coquitlam BC.

I was here at 9 am exact on Thursday. But nobody is in the store and it’s still closed. This is unacceptable.

I forgot to print out the shipping label for my package and I asked if they’re able to print the girl said yep no problem. Only after the fact for her to charge me nearly $3 for one page. They need to be telling people this stuff ahead of time otherwise I would have just printed the label out at home.

If I could give less than one start I would definitely do that!!!! They suppose to be open at 10.00 a.m. on Saturday I went there sharp 10.00 but no one was there!!!

The worst service ever! They literally scammed me! I won’t recommend anyone to go there! Especially for passport pictures! And the lady who works there is extremely not respectful! I called to ask why did they charge me twice for the pictures and she started screaming! What an awful service! I would definitely go to a different branch next time.
