This morning I went shopping at the T&T L H branch. After shopping, I chose the self-service checkout. I bought avocado and found that the barcode was incomplete and could not be scanned directly. In this case, I had to enter the product barcode number manually. I asked the staff next to me for help. She just said there was no need to dial the number as it was already there. Maybe my poor expression caused her to misunderstand. I thought she could come over and see what I wanted with just one glance, but she didn't.
Just when I was at a loss, a boy from the staff came over. He understood the situation and confirmed that the barcode could not be scanned. He ran to the store very quickly and got another bag of complete barcodes to scan. , which enabled me to successfully complete the checkout. It seemed like a small gesture, but his service spirit and attitude made me feel very comfortable. It is really rare!
This staff member’s name is John, and I’d like to give you a thumbs up ?! It’s great to have you in T&T!

I am very sensitive to MSG in prepared food. The cook is very heavy handed in using MSG in their prepared food. The preserved duck egg/shredded pork congee is the worst. They give me headache in daytime and nightmares at night, never failed. Now I have to stop getting their prepared food totally.

The food is unique and you can get good deals.
You can eat there in their eating area. They have sushi, dim sum, as well as an open self serve open for bar that charges by weight.

Awesome Asian products. Great prices for interesting and unique desserts and fresh sushi. Generally very well stocked. Good selection of Asian beauty products. Fresh seafood as well.

I got a fee on the parking and T&T Customer service didn’t care about it.
I parked my pickup truck out side for 20min, did the $102 shopping and I got a parking ticket. But my pickup truck is too high to go underground parking.
Careful. T&T are very gentle while you are expending money, but not supportively when you need.
