I would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased two magnetic clasp bracelets for my mother, the first of which came without a magnet in the clasp (therefore would not stay on my mom's hand), which I only realized when I purchased my mother a second bracelet with a magnetic clasp that shut perfectly. The second bracelet, which was under warranty, my mother wore once and the ladybug charm fell right off. The sales associate sent it back "as a courtesy" and said they will get back to us (in a long time) once they hear back from their repair location in Toronto, and that we would learn what damage costs we would incur upon arrival. I had original receipts and packaging for both items, and they are clearly unworn. The sales associate stated that one was in warranty and one wasn't, even so, magnets, clasps and chains are not under warranty, and Swarovski only repairs items with damaged Swarovski crystals. They even comically referred us to an independent jewelry shop which could fix it at a cost.. We did take the jewelry to an independent jeweler who stated that the content of Swarovski's metals are unknown and therefore unrepairable. The jeweler stated that at jewelry stores they offer to replace the item, as repairs are more or less unachievable with Swarovski items, a service that Swarovski itself did not offer to an item under warranty. Buyer beware, if you purchase an item online, as I did, and it comes defective, you are out hundreds of dollars, and customer service is non-existent. How can such a huge company only take accountability for the defectiveness of their charms, and even then, at a cost. Take your business to Pandora, I have never had an issue there and they actually honour their warranties. Will never purchase from Swarovski again, a company that cannot even fix their own jewelry and is selling a brand name, rather than quality.

I haven't been to many Swarovski stores—since COVID I've become a primarily online shopper—but I received great service from Rafah when I visited this location to return an online order. The entire process was hassle-free. I was also offered a complimentary extender when I explained that most Swarovski necklaces are too tight and short for me to wear comfortably.

I visited the store to purchase a gift for my wife for our anniversary. My first visit to Swarovski and I was amazed by the great customer service I received from their staff. Shadi was very focused on what would suit the occassion and showed various items and her recommendation of a set turned out to be the best gift I purchased. I found the store that I know I will return to again.

We visited the store last week, and we were helped by a representative named Rafah, who was very friendly and kind natured. We really felt like she was doing her best to help us. My daughter and I were very thankful for her professional and patient attitude!

I love this store , we went there couple time to buy a gift , always they have something new , always special, always fair price , customer service it's amazing, make sure if you go there ask for Rafah she is friendly she is happy if spend alot of time with the customer. ??

good customer service provided by the Persian sales lady when purchasing in store, she will open the box and let you to check if everything is ok, put a ribbon and in a bag with tissue papers but bad experience when picking up online order, those 2 Asian lady didn't even care, I have to ask to take a look to make sure, she just gave me the package and I asked for ribbon since it's a gift, the lady told her coworker to do it for me and she gave it to me then disappear, so I have to ask the lady who originally grabbed me the order but she told me her coworker would help me since she was busy with other customer, fine, maybe they don't have commission for online order so they don't consider me as a real customer
