I had the worst experience as customer. A skinny lady Azmi started banging on the door for 2 minutes , when I was trying a coat , as if there was some emergency. She asked how many items I have. She said I picked up 4 items when I picked up 3. And when I said to count , she agreed it was just 3 items picked up. It was a disgrace. A customer tone accused of taking something when you did not. Perhaps you need to count better. There was much older woman probably store manager who was just standing and listening and saying that - well I know you did not like it but she’s doing her job… So literally banging and accusing a customer of taking something is doing a great job. Anyways it’s unfortunate but this happened before to my peers as well. Will be going to Reitmans where there is excellent and smiling people always willing to help you !!

I took a browse through this store around 3:30pm today (July 30th) and the 3 employees that were working, were all standing behind the till (leaning on the counter), drinking their coffees and chatting with each other instead of greeting and helping the multiple customers that were in there. One of them made eye contact with me, but didn't say a word, she just continued on chatting with her co-workers about their personal lives. I had my eye on a couple of cute dresses and would have bought them had anyone actually cared that I was in the store or made some sort of effort to make me feel welcome. With all of the other options of places to shop in Coquitlam Centre, having zero customer service isn't going to help this store do well.

I usually enjoy your store, but my recent visit was disappointing. An associate named Pragya was unprofessional, rude, and lacked language skills. With my retail background, I know it's crucial for associates to be polite and attentive to customers. I hope this feedback helps improve your store's customer experience.

The store manager was really rude and telling right to my face that I’m lying, I’m a member and it was the first time that I was returning a thing from all the purchases that I had from different Suzy stores, when a product has bad quality instead of admitting and apologizing, giving that face to customer and behaving like they are guilty is just such a shame for this brand. If it was a different store like Zara they would apologize and say sorry for this bad experience instead! It’s the quality of a totally new dress on the rack exactly the same thing that I bought and after one day wearing in office I had to throw that away. Never suggest this store and this brand to anyone, all that maters is good customer service!

Last week, I had an unpleasant experience at this store where the assistant manager was assisting me. She displayed rude behaviour, no language skills ,doesn’t know how to provide good customer service and claimed to be the Assistant manager when I requested to speak to one. Instead of addressing my concerns, she suggested I leave if I had a problem. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially considering we pay for the products we purchase.

Very bad customer service! The younger lady didn’t know how to do refunds, the older black lady (probably a manager) took over and was very unhappy that I didn’t have a printed invoice copy. I ordered online and I showed her online email! But she was insisting that there was a paper invoice included with my online order and that she needs that! It took her half an hour to do my return. Very rude attitude and poor customer service. Won’t be shopping there again.

I needed a dress for a wedding. I'm on a tight budget. I found a beautiful dress on the clearance rack that needed a simple repair. I got a dress, heels (on sale), and a scarf to go over my shoulders for an amazing price that was even better than my budget. The store staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The manager offered helpful insight into the color of my scarf to go with my dress. I will go back for any special occasion needs in the future.

Was there on a Thursday to browse and the two ladys I was assisted by where both very friendly and easy to talk to. Where also helpful with two other patrons whom where adjacent of me. I don't remember both of there names but one was named Kelly I believe.

Very poor customer service by one of the staff. It looks she is forced to answer the customer's questions and I never have seen like that in other branches.
