In September last year, my car was temporarily out of insurance because I was going back to Taiwan. In December last year, I bumped into another car in the parking lot. After reporting the incident, I had to pay a deductible of $1,000 Canadian dollars.My car insurance was insured by a Taiwanese. When I reinstated the policy, the deductible had been adjusted to $1,000. The insurance man told me that increasing the deductible would give me a discount on my next insurance policy.In fact, I have to blame myself. Don’t nod your head if you don’t understand. But if he hadn’t helped me raise the deductible, I wouldn’t have had to pay so much according to the original insurance.

I had to do a transfer of car ownership and renew my car insurance at the same time. The clerk was super helpful and patient. He offered help fill out the form and even tried to see if I can save some money by returning the plate, for which he had to wait and help me with the plate removal. I could renew insurance online, but the value of good customer service cannot be beaten. Highly recommended.

They were closed when I arrived and called me the minute they opened up and helped me pre-fill documents to sell my car and transfer over the ownership to the new buyer. Nice to have them so close to where I live too.

Great service. The female agent there Diana guided me through the various auto insurance coverage options and promptly answered all the questions I had. She was patient with me even after I had to call my partner to verify a piece of information. I'll be happy to come back here again when it's time to renew as well as get any other insurance I may need in the future.

This used to be our go-to place for insurance since Kevin has been wonderful. Today we came and tried to transfer a vehicle under my name.The woman named Diana was not helpful and not friendly at all. Threw us the form and told us to fill it in, said we wrote sth wrong without giving us proper instructions. Giving us false info and cannot even read our old insurance history properly. Honestly we didn’t really understand what she was saying and were in awe on how poor the service provided by her was. She was pointing her finger at us when asking us questions.I feel bad for Sussex Insurance because the service has been great before being served by her. Retrain her or set a higher standard of requirements when recruiting new staff please. But I won’t be coming back if I see her on duty.??

Come here to waste your entire day staring at a sign that signs "Will return in 10 minutes". Why even bother with the sign. Either close or leave a note with a real estimate. What a joke.

Same as the previous review - sign says back in 10 mins, but waited much longer, only to be told that she didn’t have enough time to perform a title transfer at 8:00PM (closes at 9:00PM). Asked multiple times for a name and was ignored, before I was reluctantly provided with “Yong Jin”. We were forced to walked down to London Drugs; where they performed the transfer with no issues.
