Ordered Iron On Decals to make shirts for me and my nephew.They printed the Decals incorrectly. I emailed them immediately. Still no response.

This staff named Lithy is very rude to customers and makes up her own policies. To one customer she says she can't provide a receipt for the transaction. And when I try to pack my own deliveries with their scanning system, she doesn't give me the package bags. I scanned my own and was trying to pack the items on my own without getting her assistance because there were so many people in line. And there was never a limit or problem of doing that before as they always had the package bags on the table for customers and suddenly when I go ask for the bags because it was all out she makes up her own policies and says I'm not allowed. I had 4 items to pack in total. And then she gives me 3 bags and tells me to ask the other assistant for the extra bag to pack and the other assistant was so busy helping other customers. I did not understand her logic. And she rudely puts their policy up to my face and tells me to read it. What kind of customer service is that. She just wanted to pick a fight with anyone.

Honestly, it just comes down to the employees being overconfident with service and not knowing stuff about products, while advertising the product in a way that makes me feel unsure of their word. If you can’t tell me what’s better about one thing over the other immediately, I don’t have a problem taking the time to look it up. But don’t try and sell me something based on claims that I know that person is already unsure of. Also, tried to return something, all sounded good, then at the VERY LAST SECOND I was told I could only get the money back on a gift card (I just wanted a refund), and that the $40 extended warranty I paid for the product I don’t have anymore was non-refundable. I’m easy going, so it’s chill, but that’s ridiculous. I’ve bought earbuds from other places, and never had a problem returning them before, for a full refund.

Ups pickup at this location is incompetent and unacceptable.
I was told my package wasn't there, showed them the ups tracker showing that it has been in their possession since Thursday. Then, all of a sudden they found my package...
Ups should terminate this location or higher competent staff.
Good luck to anyone trying to collect packages here.

Thea provided extraordinary 11/10 VIP customer service to help me order 6 hard cover books! She listened to what I needed and promptly delivered with excellence! Thank you for being effective, efficient, enthusiastic, happy, smart, caring, funny, and kind! I will be recommending Staples 68 Coquitlam to my family and friends if they are considering Printing projects!
Also, Van, in Print Services @Staples Coquitlam, provided exceptional 6/5 VIP Customer Service in helping to ensure that my hardcover books were ordered and properly bound!
I appreciated Van’s patience, responsiveness, care, and diligence with me, as well as his tenacity, perseverance, and action-oriented approach with the binding company to ensure that I received quality bound books!

Had come for long time… it takes long sometimes to be print things. However always met kind people. A lady call Thea was really rude, for sure having a bad day. I was told to come to pick up today and she was sending me back home when it was ready. Thanks to her coworker Andrew appreciate to save the day!

I had a frustrating experience at this Staples location. I visited to return an Amazon parcel and noticed three different front desks assisting customers with three long lines. Unsure of where to go, I approached a staff member—a woman in her 40s with black-framed glasses and black hair—and asked which line I should join. She casually pointed in a general direction toward two lines and said, "over there."
I chose one of the lines and waited for several minutes, but when it was my turn, I discovered I was in the wrong line. I was directed to the adjacent line, where I finally completed my return.
Afterward, I suggested to the same staff member that clearer guidance or signage would help customers understand where to line up. However, she responded in a very rude, loud and impolite manner, insisting, "I told you over there” and kept interrupting my conversation in an unprofessional way to prove that over there is over there!
I strongly encourage Staples to train employees to provide clear, respectful guidance and maintain a courteous tone when interacting with customers. Professionalism and politeness make a significant difference in creating a positive experience.

I had a terrible experience today! I needed just one page printed, but they told me they couldn't do it today and that I'd have to come back tomorrow. I requested to speak with the manager, and a tech manager named Mohammad came over. After explaining my simple request, he told me he couldn't force the employee to assist me. I mentioned I would file a complaint, and he responded dismissively, saying, 'Go ahead, I'll be away for a month. Feel free to do that!'"

Only 1 person working the counter for all drop offs - ridiculously slow. Other cashiers/customer service standing around as there are no customers for their line, yet they don't redeploy them to help a lineup up with 8+ people waiting?

I’ve had the opportunity to pick up around 15 packages at this Staples location, and they’ve always been extremely kind and helpful. The store is very clean, well-organized, and conveniently located. Great service every time!
