Easily the best service we’ve received at a staples! My mom and I came in looking for a printer and a shredder, and the floor manager immediately connected us to a staff member who provided us with great suggestions. We were out in less than 10 minutes and all 3 staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful.

went in because my 9-year old laptop had quit working, fully expecting to buy a new one. Muhammed showed me several that would meet my needs and clearly explained the advantages and disadvantages of each. File transfer was accomplished quickly and thoroughly.

We have had books and custom cards printed several times here, and want to praise the staff for their excellent service, patience and useful suggestions on how to provide the best outcome. I highly recommend this service for any printing needs, as we felt appreciated as customers. Thank youColin T.

Today Thea helped me create and order some business cards. She was polite and professional and made what would have taken me a while to figure out in no time at all. While I waited for something else she kept moving and helping people. Excellent service!

Bought a new HP printer 3 months ago that stopped working and they refused to assist in helping to revolve. Very poor customer service. It’s back to Costco where they actually stand behind the products they sell.

Went to this store on December 27th to look and buy an office chair. The store was empty, but there were many associates around. I approached one of them who was "working" on his phone and asked for help. The associate informed me that he would call someone to help us and went back to his phone. After waiting for 15 minutes for someone to arrive to help us with the purchase, I approached another associate and asked for the same thing- assistance with the purchase. This associate also told us that they would call someone to help us, so we waited another 15 minutes, with no one coming. At this point we decided to leave. As we were leaving there were 2 associates helping other customers and at least another 4 sitting at their stations doing whatever was more important than helping a customer. This was a very disappointing experience from the consumer point of view. If I could give 0 stars for the experience, I would have. Staples, you need to do better than this.

I visited today at 15:00 to print only 5 pages because I didn't know how to work with the printer. I went to the printing department. The young girl told me that she couldn't print while she didn't have any other customers and that I had to do it myself. I was in a difficult situation. Let me see that he handled the next customers. I hope there is no difference between me and others!!!

Customer service has dropped significantly in 2023. This used to be my go-to drop off place for my business packages, now I will seriously reconsider dropping them off here. As other reviews mentioned, the employees don't care and just do the bare minimum. They've lost my UPS next day delivery mail back in June and caused a lot of issues for me. They are currently renovating the store and redesigning the whole shipping, marketing, and printing area so it's a mess there. I came to the store well before the cut off deadline and dropped off my packages as directly by the employee helping other customers with document printing. They seemed short staffed and there was a long line up for the printing department. No one was able to assist on the shipping side. I just checked online tracing and my packages were not picked up by the courier because they did not scan them in until 2 hours later! One package was not scanned in at all so I called the store to speak with an associate, but no one picked up the phone and the line would drop. I tried calling 3 more times and same thing happened. Now I have to worry about yet another time sensitive package getting lost because Staples did not scan them in. Even if their employee made a mistake, they appear to be unapologetic. Might as well have a self serve option for dropping off packages.

Placed an order for SAME DAY printing, payment sent online. Waited an entire day and no confirmation email. I called every department at this location but nobody picked up, not even the curb-side pickup line. This is incredibly frustrating, Staples should just close already.Hey Staples OWNER, I'm coming in to the store to talk to you and get my money back.

I do not recommend this location for printing. I booked and paid for printing and was assured it would be ready the next day. I go to pick it up and they said "we didn't know but our printing hub took the day off today and no one told us". On top of that, no one really apologized or cared. I asked the manager to call me, and then asked the district manager and no one called. Clearly they don't care about their customers. Do not recommend going to this location for your printing because you can't trust it'll get done!

I went in to pick up a SIM card at their wireless booth. Guy in “wireless staples” black shirt and a guy in red staples shirt were both helping some other people. So I waited in front of them. Then another red shirt guy came over and started helping the same guys. The black shirt staples guy took a few steps back. I realized he was now free and I went around to ask him for help. BUT at the same time a completely new customer approaches him and the black shirt staples guy starts helping him. WHAT AM I? INVISIBLE? I was standing for 5 minutes a meter and a half from him, in front of him and just like that he starts helping a new guy that just came in. So I left. You’re customer service. Be better.

We came to print a document, we do it all the time. Already with the bar code we waited and looked for someone to help us.After a while a man named “Van” approached to scan the code and print the document, we chose the thickness of the paper and when we were about to make the payment he said “you can pick the document in two days or if you want you can use the self-service computer.. however they just use regular paper”We inquired why he cannot print a simple black and white PDF resume. The he raised his voice saying: you are not the only ones trying to print, we have many orders and we cannot serve them as “PEOPLE LIKE YOU guys keep coming as walk-ins”We are just printing somewhere else as we are in a rush but guarantee never again we are coming to this place. The management needs to train the staff in customer service.

Customer service in BC is now non-existent. The lack of enthusiasm, knowledge and kindness from staff was incredible. People want to scream racism when stating the obvious but I don’t care and will say it openly. East Indian people are destroying this province/country.

Unfortunately I often have to use the custom print station. They almost always make multiple mistakes, never check the status of online 24 hr orders. They definitely need more staff in this department. Wait times for service or shipping services are brutal! They also seem to lack knowledge.
