Some of the best shoe service I’ve received in a while. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. They were so patient with us as we tried more than 10 pairs. Literally the best customer service i’ve received in a while especially at a shoe store.They are amazing.

Customer service has gone way down. Clerks just stand there talking to each other. They don’t know anything or seemingly care to know anything about sizing or brands. Meanwhile walk into Browns which is 3x busier and staff is on it with help, bringing sizes…. Might want to reassess your staffing and customer service.
