We looked at furniture at other stores but weren't impressed with the quality or the prices. Happened to see Sofaworks and were so glad we stopped in. The salesperson was very patient and helpful, answering all of our questions and suggesting solutions to our concerns. She even wrote us an estimate of the sofa and loveseat we wanted, complete with additional features like the sofa coming in 2 pieces (to make sure it would fit) and additional small cushions to put behind the back pillows to make working from home more comfortable. We had intended to check out more stores but never left the parking lot, as we knew we'd never find anything else as perfect for our needs at such good quality and a reasonable price.We must have ordered at the perfect time because we had our brand new, made to order furniture within about 3 weeks. (They originally said it would take longer.) While we were waiting they even worked with us to get us a sample of the fabric so we could buy a matching rug and accent pillow covers.Delivery day was a dream, as for a very reasonable additional fee we were able to have our new furniture delivered AND our old furniture removed at the same time, meaning we were never left without furniture to sit on. And it ended up costing less than many rubbish removal services would have charged for just the removal.We love our new furniture and guests do too. It looks and feels wonderful. Better still, it feels like we have furniture we will be enjoying for many years to come. We highly recommend them!

We love Sofaworks and are so grateful to them! We bought our original couch from them 8 years ago, but sadly, we couldn't get it out of our condo when we moved because of a measurement error on our part. So we had to destroy it :( Our autistic daughter was devastated, as she lost her 'cozy corner'. The team at Sofaworks incredibly was able to make us a nearly identical couch for our new place, even though they no longer carried the fabric, and some of the dimensions had changed. They thought of every detail and were so considerate and helpful! Love these guys! And we love our new couch :-) We recommend Sofaworks to everyone, they are the epitome of a community business.

I understand that working in customer service can be challenging, and I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews. However, I recently encountered a very rude employee at a store.We visited this store couple days ago. We did not find anything we liked and decided to leave to visit other stores.As we were leaving, the old lady approached us and asked if we liked anything. I said "Thank you! I would let her know If I liked anything but I had not found anything I liked so far. She gave me a hostile look and insulted that "I know the prices in this store are expensive". Wow! She think we can afford a house here, but cannot afford a sofa in her store. This behavior was unprofessional and offensive, and it has deterred me from returning to the store. I think it's important to remember that customers have many options and will not tolerate being treated disrespectfully.

Another family member purchased a couch from Sofa Works about 10 years ago and it remains in excellent condition. On their recommendation, and after checking out other stores for price and quality, we ordered from Sofa Works. The sales support was excellent for assisting us in working through fabric choices, cushion density and other details. They have an amazing selection of fabrics; I purchased fabric from them prior to make cushions for an eating bench and the quality is superb. Our couch was completed much sooner than expected and carefully wrapped for our pick up (they do deliver but we have a truck). The couch is exactly what we hoped for and if you are looking for something that can be versatile, customized and long lasting, Sofa Works is THE place to go.

We paid $6,000 plus for our sofa to be refreshed and re-stuff at sofa works to have it look like this the next day. It was in better shape before it was re-done. Not pleased! We were very happy 23 years ago when they first made it. No quality control on materials any longer.

We decided to get custom sectional sofa for our family room in our new house. We would highly recommend Ajay, Juverna and his team. The sectional turned out awesome ? and in line with our high expectations. We are so happy with the quality, fit and finish of the product. Great job Sofaworks. No one better for quality custom sofas.

Leslie is an amazing advisor. She assisted us in choosing our furniture and fabrics effortlessly. She is certainly knowledgeable at her craft. The custom made and designed furniture arrived and installed in a timely fashion. The furniture and fabrics are of the highest quality. The modular sectional looks amazing and is wonderfully functional We are so fortunate that we found this store and Leslie!!! Thank you Leslie, highest kudos to you and your skilled craftspeople!!!

Have to share that I was SOOO hesitant to order a custom sofa.... But the staff was AMAZING! For my sofa, I worked with a few staff members and met the owner briefly and couldn't have been happier. The product is high quality, reasonably priced for how custom every part of it was and ON time. You cannot beat this. Honestly I will never buy a sofa from anywhere else ever again! Cannot recommend them enough.... especially now when all major furniture companies are taking months and months!

Have to give a shout from the rafters review on how amazing our experience was. From the beginning of the planning stage until the day they delivered was incredible- great communication & customer service! The set we designed is EXACTLY what we thought in our minds and it looks even better in real life!
