Went to find a mattress topper today and received some of the best customer service I have ever had from Andres. He was extremely helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. It is uncommon to find customer service of such high quality nowadays, and my wife and I really appreciated the help.

Spent $over $4000 and Ended up having to go through the warranty process as the mattress that was delivered is defective. Now I am being charged $56 to have someone come out to inspect the defective mattress. What kind of warranty policy is that when the mattress is only 2 months old. I asked if the $56 would be refunded if it was determined by the inspector that the mattress was defective and was told no. Doesn’t make any sense that we were given a defective mattress and know I have to pay more out of pocket as if the defective mattress is my fault. This is only the first of many issues that I encountered when purchasing new beds from sleep country. Will not be returning in the future. I also notice on all the responses to reviews from sleep country they ask the customer to reach out to them via email, any company that cares about their could be reaching out to them. Sleep Country you need to do better for your customers.

My husband and I were welcomed and greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Angela was extremely resourcefull and tentative to our needs. We were very happy with our purchases (mattress, platform. & pillows). Our delivery came within 24 hours as well!

I purchased a mattress from Sleep Country that was advertised as firm, but after using it, it turned out to be much softer than expected. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but their response was that I needed to go through the warranty process. However, the warranty only considers the sagging of the mattress when no one is lying on it, which doesn’t accurately reflect the issue. The softness and lack of support are only noticeable when someone is actually using the mattress, but Sleep Country refuses to acknowledge this.
I spent over $1,000 on this mattress, trusting Sleep Country’s reputation for good customer service. Unfortunately, they have not been helpful at all. This mattress is completely unusable for me, and I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the lack of support from the company. I expected much better quality and service for the price I paid.

We purchased a mattress from Sleep Country and received wonderful help and advice from Brock. Unfortunately the first mattress purchase did not work out; however, Sleep Country offered to allow us to select another mattress according to their 100-night comfort guarantee without any hassle. Throughout this, Brock made our lives easy and continued to provide great service to help us select a different mattress as well as handling the replacement process. The new mattress we selected has been perfect and we have been very happy with it.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sleep Country to others who are looking for a new mattress, especially since they are serious about their comfort guarantee which gives peace of mind. I also highly recommend asking for Brock if you visit this location!

I have dealt with sleep country for many years purchasing a lot of items .My last experience asking questions on the phone.was with Andres. I decided to come into the store as he was extremely helpful'Andres was the one that ended up helping me with doing some switches I wish I would have SHOPPED at this location to begin with. This is the second time I've purchased a mattress from this store, and I am very happy with my experience. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and spent a lot of time helping me. Their customer service is fantastic and very supportive. I highly recommend this store if you need to buy a mattress.

At first we didn’t intend to buy, but we came out with a mattress and furniture all thanks to Angela’s tremendous customer service. Andres helped my husband and me choose a perfect mattress. He was great!
The delivery was right on time and the guys cheerfully swapped the mattress from the master to the guest room, removed the old one and moved my bed back into place.
I couldn't have asked for better service. ?

Brock provided a great experience for me and my parents. His product knowledge is vast and he narrowed down to a few and we took our time with comfort tests. We are very happy with the mattresses and frames he recommended and enjoy the high quality and superior comfort. Our headboards are beautiful too. I absolutely love everything!

They were super helpful and patient with us while we were picking out our bed.
With many options in store in comparison to other sleep countries we’ve tried. Very knowledgeable and we felt that it was extremely important to each and every one of them that we were happy in our choice.
