We visited Sleep Country last night looking for a king size mattress. Jason Wang helped us out... although we have not made a decision yet he was very knowledgeable in answering our questions, non intrusive when testing beds, and did not make us feel pressured. After we got his card, he also asked for our number to follow up... but that to me is simply good salesmanship! We will go to him if we decide sleep country has the mattress we want.

After pouring over $6,000 into a mattress and bed arrangement, my nights have been plagued with disturbances, leaving me frequently waking up in a sweat and battling with diminished sleep quality. The sales tactics appeared manipulative, focusing more on exploiting consumers than directing them towards an optimal sleep solution. It's disheartening that I missed out on the 100-night sleep trial, not available when I made my purchase in 2020. Mornings have become harrowing, starting with tears due to the unbearable discomfort and night sweats. It's perplexing that Sleep Country merely expresses regret for my prolonged discomfort since acquiring their mattress, essentially telling me they are sorry but there's nothing they can do besides offering apologies, despite my considerable investment.
In light of this, I can't help but question the purpose of reaching out. Would asking you lead to any substantial solution? Can I get my money back, or is there a possibility to exchange the mattress, considering I never had the chance to utilize the trial period? It seems futile, given that I've already attempted to seek a resolution, only to be met with responses that boil down to "I'm sorry for your experience, but we cannot offer you your $6,000 back or provide a mattress exchange." It feels like there's no real avenue for recourse or genuine customer support, just repeated apologies without actionable assistance.

Really happy with the service that we received. Chris was so helpful and knowledgeable - and everyone was accomdating when we ran into issues with out old bed frame and suddenly needed purchase another one. Third mattress bought from Sleep Country and we are very happy so far. Delivery guys were fast and super careful too.

I am impressed with the level of service from Sleep Country Lougheed Highway. I had a twin mattress delivered in today's awful snow storm. My street was not cleared of snow and after a phone call telling me the mattress would be there in a few minutes, I saw Gulshan walking towards my house carrying the mattress above his head. He had walked a very long block up and down a hill in 30 cm of snow. That is remarkable service! Thank you.

Top notch service from Luke. We got $600 off our mattress and a free $200 pillow, $180 off our bedsheets and then 10% off everything on top of that, and in mid January. We walked in on a Sunday afternoon and walked out with a complete new sleep setup, great experience and left feeling very satisfied

We got a memory foam mattress at sleep country. The mattress was comfortable for the first 10 months then it became as hard and uncomfortable. Unfortunately it doesn't dip 1/4 of an inch so the warrantee is useless. We ended up needing a mattress toper for it. At this point it is hard for us to trust the mattress quality at sleep country. We will be looking elsewhere for our mattresses in the future.

Unpleasant customer service. Obviously the manager there was not in the mood to acknowledge their customers. He neglected us for over 20min. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
