Recently i visited this store, what caught me off most was the stores low temperature and the attitude of the ladies working over here. I asked one of the lady to increase the AC temperature as I was freezing to death. It was freaking cold outside and my hands started turning pale. The lady just replied to me in a rude manner that she can't reduce the temperature. I have worked in retail stores and never have I ever came across to a store where we cannot change the temperature. It was not just me, there were many customers who pointed out the store was really cold and they did nothing about it. This is very unprofessional, i thought Skechers focused on customer service i guess that's all false rumers..!!

I just visited the store today for third time and the staff was super helpful. I have issues with my feet but Kriti helped me find the perfect pair for me. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable.

Store manager is extremely rude, she doesn’t allow kid walking around or laughing, complained it was too loud and disturbing others, while the store had nobody but us. Since when the shoes store has library policy? You should put the sign no kids allowed on front door instead!!!

I always loved going to this shoe store except today. As I was holding a pair of shoes in my hands to go and put them back in the box, the sales associate came and snapped on me why I am not sitting down and shoes must be in boxes by the beaches. I said I'm going to put them back, she's like No you're confusing us. She must be Mexican or Spanish speaking for her accent. No offense but very unpleasant and unprofessional. She kept following me and being so rude and loud. I told you can be a little nicer and please calm down. She kept raising voices. I'm in shock with this attitude in Canada. Unfortunately I'm not sure why she has never learned the customer service.

This is the second time Im visiting the store, today with my family, what was note worthy was their excellent customer service by the staff. Thankfully I made them write their names on my receipt and I would really appreciate if the company would notice them. Their names are Victoria, Kriti, Neda and Ikshaa. We had to take all their help to find some good comfy shoes for my kids and my wife which eventually led me to find a pair too. I am really pleased with the store's welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend this store.

I am using Skecher’s shoes since many years, awesome shoes. I bought two pairs of shoes few days back also. But the customer service of the store is not up to the mark. I get the feeling the salespeople are not happy, what is more important is that welcome atmosphere is not there.

recently visited this store and unfortunately had a negative experience with one of the employees, Diana. Her behavior towards me and my family especially my mother was rude and dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It's a shame that one employee's behavior can tarnish the reputation of an otherwise decent company. I hope the management takes steps to address this issue so that other customers don't have to go through the same unpleasant experience.If she thinks she is not happy with her job then she needs to think about a different position.

I like the footwear but it is overpriced. The store has very few staff to help the shoppers. There is lots of stock not as much in the main sizes.

I visited the store today with my grandmother and she wanted a pair of comfy shoes (she’s really picky when it comes to shoes) the sales rep was a girl I guess her name was Kristi (I’m not good with remembering names) helped us find the most comfy pair of shoes which was easy to wear which was perfect for my grandmother, I believe the shoe is called (slip ins) loved the shoes. The sales rep was really sweet and knowledgeable. I really appreciate her help. Keep up the good work.I would definitely recommend this store if your looking for a wide range of shoes and good customer service.

My mom and I went shopping for a pair of skechers that were not sneakers for our upcoming Alaskan cruise.We ended up getting a pair for myself and her as the selection is unbelievable and with 50% off the second pair we couldn't resist.Also the Sales Associate who helped us ( Connor i believe) was extremely helpful and so very friendly what a nice young man.I would definitely recommend this store for not just runners but dressier shoes , casual comfy shoes and even clothes .
