Worst experience
Too many scratches on rear end of the car after wash I think they need to check there scrubbing brushes I would highly recommend not to come to this place.

Honestly one of the best experiences ever and amazing cleaning. The staff were super upbeat and happy, Billy really went above and beyond to ensure an excellent service. Will be returning on the regular thanks to outstanding customer service. Thanks Billy and team!!

I have visited this car wash several times and have always been impressed. This last time I was there, I chose the option of “the works” as I normally do. When I left the car was a went over to their vacuuming stations, I notice that the tires along with the rims on my Jeep were still dirty. They weren’t even wet. It takes a while 5 seconds to drive over to the vacuums. Even in a 100 degree weather they’d still have at least 1 drop of water still on them lol. They were clearly not washed on the correct setting. So, I decided to drive back to the wash and talk to the attendant about it. I didn’t appreciate his attitude towards me. He said to me in a rude tone, “the rims are not going to be shiny, the ones you have aren’t meant to be.” For one thing, he doesn’t know me or my vehicle so, why are you speaking to me like you’re an expert on something you don’t even own. Why because I’m a woman and “we don’t know cars” right. Please don’t speak to anybody with a condescending tone like that…so insulting and I’d love to see if he’d speak to a man the way he spoke to me. Then he proceeds to say that I can go through the wash again but, that he can’t let me go through the works option again. Honestly, that was totally fine with me but, again he really needs to get his attitude in check. The way he speaks to people is not necessary or warranted especially when I was being nice to him! But said to him, do you mind? As in, I did feel bad to make him let me go in again. He was still rude. He then says to me, either you want to go or not because I have other people to help. Honestly, the people working with the public these days should have been employed 15 years ago. You’d have yourself fired the moment you tried that on a paying customer.
Anyway, I’ve had and still have zero issue with the job the wash does but, the human aspect is really lacking!

No que control so I highly doubt I got the service I paid for. Car was not clean after getting the top cleaning package.

Don't ever come here with a new or even an old car unless you want to leave with scratches. I brought my new car and brought it here and left with severe scratches and swirls. I've also driven my older car for 8 years and it doesn't look this bad.
I read similar reviews like this and these guys post some random article from tommy with a copied and pasted template saying it isn't their fault. It's all just lies. I literally did not have any of these swirls and scratch marks until I went to this garbage place and now it looks like I've used a sanding paper against my vehicle.

This is RIDICULOUS. I took my wife and our car to Shine Auto Wash, and BOTH our vehicle ended up with chips and scratches on the right side. We noticed the damage about two-thirds of the way through the tunnel when we heard a chopping sound from the swirl hitting our car. Wondering if it’s a coincidence that the wash is located next to a body shop, so people can get their cars repaired after their wash. I do not recommend this place at all.
