This location is the worst in customer service ever!!! The old lady works at the cashier told me to pay for toilet use. I paid $100 for gas!! Also there is no toilet paper and she told me to wait for 10 min to prepare. She should be fired. What the stupid employee ever seen in my life. Never want to come back this location!!! ???????????????????????

The clerk inside racially slurs customers through speakers on gas pumps.The incident happened at 17:20 on May 15 2024.Calling customers by false nationalities is defamation of character and harassment.Racially slurring people is illegal in Canada.The staff self hate and jealousy is the cause of all the above.Choke on your jealousy.

To anyone who comes here for a car wash... beware. Several weeks ago I paid for the top level wash and it did not clean the car at all. Looks clean as it is still wet but if you get out and run your finger along the back of the car and basically anywhere else... your finger will turn black. They said they fixed it but clearly NOT. Went again this week (thought I'd give them another chance), expressed concern, and was told should be ok. Guess what? Noooooo... car still dirty. Never again.

Let’s talk about this automatic touchless car wash. Staff was good, explained to me how the package works.Does it clean my car? Yes. Does it clean well? Meh.My kid touched the dirty park on the hood about 2 weeks ago leaving a cute handprint where it was super shiny and clean, with surrounding area still dusty. After the delux wash, this mark was still clearly visible ( though I have to say it definitely not as obvious).I would like to give it a 6.5/10 score.And another thought to management: is it the program already set and you can’t change it or you have some freedom to adjust it a bit?

Awesome experience every time I am here .good customer service ,great staff and clean store .The staff is super helpful and it is a full service minus the price .the older gentleman is always an amazing staff member Who is super attentive just like everyone one else. I would recommend and I come back
