The store manager was so rude and not friendly/welcoming at all. My friends and I not going there until she will be replaced. We love to shop at Coquitlam central because it’s very close to our house but until this big rude lady as a store manager there, we don’t go there for shopping anymore.

I had a very super bad experience on the phone with a Sephora employee/staff member & manager with by asking if the birthday gift & just because of the language barrier, she was just 500% dumb & stupid & thought that I was asking for & about the Sephora Advent Calendar when I clearly stated that I was asking for the birthday gift & not a Advent Calendar & she was also saying that I need to do it online especially when I have no idea how to do the birthday gift online.

The employees are very rude and they are filled with sass especially farzaneh from sephora coquitlam centre she shows attitude to every customer. One time i was checking out the sample table and then farzaneh appears out of nowhere she says “ your not allowed to see those or hangout over there” i said “im just looking at them whats the big deal” and then she just starts arguing with me. This was the baddest experience i’ve ever had in a store.

I bought around $400 worth of cosmetics and got no samples AT ALL last month. And the cashier dropped the items into the paper bag instead of put them in with care. I was scared that some powder typed products would get cracked

The reason i gave 5 stars is based on 1 specific employee. Her name is Patty at the coquitlam location . I was looking for a specific item, and while some employee told me they were out of stock, Patty approached me and asked me what I needed. She checked the shelf, and then she went to check the back and found it for me after everyone else just said no.
Thank you again for putting in the effort when no one else did.

I really like to buy in your store specially when dear Shabnan is there.
She is so charming,welcoming,her customer service is so amazing i congratulate your company to have her she is the great opportunity for Iranian community in Coqitlam and Canada . Every time she is available to replay our message on social media when we need to gave any information about cosmetic products . she always knows what we need for our skin and hair .
I must say she also cares to our budget it shows she is smart as well. I wish the best for all your staff .

Phoned the store day of to see if they had availability for a full face makeup consult / application and they found a spot for me. I was greeted and got my colour match by one of the artists first who was very accommodating and sweet. I then had my application done by Dana who was a star! Thanks for making the experiences so enjoyable! I left very happy with my new recommendations and then application itself.

Customer service seems poor. Also, they don't show good side to the customer at all. They look very angry and unhappy. The energy of the shop is not good at all. ?

I believe they were not familiar with the concept of customer service. The way customers are treated there is unacceptable. The way I was treated today was inconvenient and made me feel unwelcome, as if they didn’t care. It felt like they had a ‘whatever’ attitude, leaving me in an awkward situation. I can’t say this about all the staff, but the two I interacted with today left a poor impression with their indifferent attitude and made me decide never to go there again.
