Love the designs and was planning on furnishing more of my apartment with ScanDesigns but I’m disappointed with the quality and after sales care. I bought a coffee table and after two and a half years, the wooden support cracked against the weight of the heavy glass. For the price, I expected it to last longer than a few years. I was told that ScanDesigns never gets quality concerns but having just experienced one and hearing their response, I’m not so sure anymore.

Had a great experience with Scan Design. Purchased two couches from them and was very satisfied. The sales people at the store are very friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. The sales rep Sia was wonderful to work with and was very understanding - thank you Sia and thank you to the team at Scan Design! Can't wait to make my next purchase from here!

We were shopping for furnitures for our new home, went into almost every store in the area, and this was the worst experience!!! Would like to rate 0 star if I could. As soon as we walked in, the woman with the short hair looked up and stared at us, didn’t even say hello, and just started following us wherever we went. Finally came to us after 15 minutes and spoke to us in such a condescending manner, and continued to follow us until we left the store. We were gonna purchase a table we really liked but decided not to, because of her attitude. I don’t know if it’s because I’m too young or too ethnic looking for your taste, but please check your attitude before working at a retail store. Will never come back and will let everyone around me know.

I recently purchased furniture from ScanDesigns Coquitlam, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Ellen, our salesperson, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient as she guided us through their vast selection. Her expertise helped us find the perfect pieces to suit our style and needs.
The delivery process was equally impressive, thanks to Fahad, Nathan, and Nick. They were punctual, courteous, and handled our furniture with the utmost care during delivery and setup. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at ScanDesigns Coquitlam. From Ellen's expertise to the seamless delivery by Fahad, Nathan, and Nick, every aspect of our interaction with the store was top-notch. I highly recommend Scan Designs to anyone in search of quality furniture and outstanding service.

Terrible Customer Service Ahead!
I recently made the mistake of purchasing furniture from this store, and it was an absolute nightmare! While the salesperson was all smiles during the sale,after purchase experience was a total disaster. Despite the delivery team's niceties, they couldn't bring the furniture up the stairs and suggest balcony delivery with an extra charge! When I desperately sought help from the salesperson, they callously refused and had the gall to mention additional fees for returning the product, all at the behest of their profit-driven manager. Their complete disregard for customer satisfaction is downright appalling. It's crystal clear that they prioritize lining their pockets with commission over ensuring a satisfactory experience for their customers. And to top it off, not a single follow-up call from either the salesperson or the manager to resolve the issue. Spare yourself the headache and steer clear of this store if you have an ounce of respect for decent customer service!

The product knowledge from our sales person, Andrea, was fantastic and we bought two beautiful Stressless chairs. The two men who delivered our chairs, Fahad and Vadyen, were prompt and professional. They were able to answer all of our questions and took all of the packaging when they left. We love our chairs!
