Save-On-Foods is described as a nice neighbourhood supermarket that is hardly too busy, located up on a hill. Parking is great. The staff are consistently noted as friendly, helpful, amazing, and caring, with specific praise for the excellent meat department staff. Customers report good prices and always a deal, though it is noted as not union friendly. The store layout includes washrooms straight ahead behind the cashiers, but the entrance is not as wide as others. While many love shopping there and feel the store never disappoints, some feedback indicates this location's bakery section is not the best, with criticisms about sourdough bread availability and baked goods being over cooked or not made well. Overall, experiences are often positive, with staff frequently making customers' days.
Show me a better hot chicken pot pie I dare you. Also the best salsa!

Honestly, shopping at this Save-On-Foods sucks. Some of the staff look pissed all the time, the cashiers sometimes messing up the change, and when you use the self-checkout, the staff stare at you like you’re stealing something. I never had this feeling at the other stores. They are so sucks!
