It was my first time shopping here. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Breanne Bain. She was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to spend the time to ensure I found everything I was looking for. It was an extremely pleasant experience and recommend everyone to shop at this location. I went to the Tsawwassen Mills location last week and didnt have a similiar experience with Amira. Amira had a bad attitude and was more focused on creating issues than solving problems which left a bad taste in my mouth. Thank you Breanne for showing me that RW&CO does in fact have good customer service and cares about their customers.

I've been an avid shopper at this location for years and as I was shopping for my daughter, this dumb saleswoman named Sahar basically did not acknowledge us and was completely rude to me and did not even give us proper eye contact when speaking. When we were at the till, she spoke Farsi to another person at the till. I don't know what the deal was with this person but I have been in sales for a long time and this is not the type of attitude I would want for your store.Thankfully, there were some decent associates but I may have gotten the worst one. Please train her to be better and don't be rude to customers.

RW&Co used to have good quality clothes but the last couple of years the tops that I order, and return have been a horrible 95% polyester mix that feels terrible and will smell because polyester doesn't breathe or wick sweat away.I still wear the tops I bought two years ago before they switched to cheaper material.

I bought 2 regular priced black blouses in a hurry for a funeral 12 days ago , when I called to ask for price adjustments cause they are having a 40% off sale this week I was told that it can only be done with unworn clothes with tags attached. I don’t want to return those items , I want to keep them , all I was asking was price adjustment .

Always a wonderful experience shopping here. They have friendly, knowledgeable staff and the Manager Sarah is amazing. RW is the best store in Coquitlam Centre in my opinion!

I have been a customer for about a year now and the biggest reason I shop at this location is the staff, Breanne has been the most helpful, caring individual I have ever come across in the retail industry,I had a problem with an item that I had purchased and she gave me the best service I have ever had and subsequently ever since that day everyone of the staff recognize me when I come in and they all make me feel welcome,Breanne is an employee every business would want to have in their store because of her loyalty to the customer.

Their boss lady (from other reviews it looks like she’s the assistant manager) was very rude to her staff and had a bad aggressive attitute toward customers. The other staff were very kind and helpful, shame I won’t be returning to this location ever again.

If you're in the market for a new suit, RW&CO. is a great place to check out. The suits are of mid-range quality, but you can often find good deals on them. The staff is very helpful and can help you find the right fit. The store is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for.

Worst customer service ever!I won't shop from this location anymore and I hope the store manager or head office will see this complain. The assistant manager (lady with dark skin) so rude to talk very bad attitude so loud and keep raising her voice and arguing with me front of other customers and keep cutting me off when I was talking she was refusing to refund my money to my visa just bcz i paid with my phone tap and she said the last 4 digit is different than my original receipt and when I refund to get store credit she was ignored me and passed me to different cashier and front of me she said to other cashier don’t give her money to her visa? only store credit so surprised for first time with this kind of customer service and I won't shop and go back to this location again!
