The cashier lady lacks customer service skill (ZERO star) In my 32 years in Canada, have NEVER seen anyone BE so rude and disrespectful to customers especially when the customer is elderly. she is a nightmare to have as cashier. No smile no eye contact no manner no respect no friendliness no moral no human-skills I highly recommend the owner to send her school to learn some social and customer service skill.

Worst store ever existed! I bought a sealed bread and i ate less then half of it and i saw it was full of mold. I wasn’t the only person who bought this bad bread there was a couple other people who wanted a refund as well. when i went there to get a refund i got treated very rudely by the owner asieh she told me she wont give me a refund because i ate the bread and if i have any complaints i have to contact the seller who sold them the bread i contacted the consumer protection BC and i will file a complaint against these scams.

Been there a few times in the past 15 20 years and most of the times only because I had no choice. All I can say is the daughters of the owner are extremely rude and disrespectful and can’t even talk to you like a normal human being. Everyting is so expensive, old and some are expired. Their eyes are on their phone all the time and disrespect elderly. They have zero manners. I have no idea how they are still running this business.

This Iranian store has been sold extremely expensive since the corona virus and even the goods of this store are very poor quality and old. Most of it is past history. Where has your honesty gone, when the dollar goes up, which is in your favor, why do you sell so expensively? How many times do you want to profit? ?????????????????????????????

The cashier is always grumpy, items are expensive than other Persian grocery stores. They are not accepting credit card. I never buy anything from this store anymore.

Been to this store a couple of times! Cashier lacks customer service skill! Some vegetables lack freshness! Bought a box of tea not a good one despite advertisement!This store needs innovation and expert management if you want to survive.
