I was just in the pharmacy today and I observed a special needs person come in from picking up garbage for our community,so the youngman needed to use the bathroom and I observed Owen saying No I was disturbed by Owen behavior towards this young man

Went in for my Covid shots. Clean, professional and very efficient.
Was in and out real quick.
Lots of parking.

The owners of this pharmacy always look high. Every time I have dealt with either of them they are distracted and vacant and look just ripped. Once I went in to pick up something and the lady owner was at the counter, she was talking to someone on the phone about owing money them money and not being able to pay til later in the week. She literally ignored me and pleaded with what seemed like a dealer on the phone for several minutes, she didn't even acknowledge me so I left my stuff on the counter and started to walk out. She said hey you have to pay for that and I asked what the stuff I left on the counter and then she mumbled something and went back to apparently negotiating with her dealer. Mind blowing. I told my neighbor and she said yeah that's a methadone clinic and those two are definitely on it. I don't know how they are allowed to run a pharmacy. It's right next to a community police station. Someone should look into these two,definitely shady

Aaron is very friendly and helpful pharmacist. Leanne is amazing at the front counter as well. You can count on them to be on top of your pharmaceuticals and to remind you when its time to see your MD to have a refill form sent in.

Big thanks to the friendly and helpful staff here at the Austin location. They are always so friendly and know that kindness goes a long way. There have been a few times where Ive had to pick up some family members prescription medication. Staff there dont ask personal questions and truly care about their customers.I couldn't pay for my family members pills today but they where able to waive it for us until next time. Also I was still able to take their prescription home.Would not go anywhere else for my prescription needs. Thanks again!
