I love this store. First of all for the polite and helpful personnel. They help me feel that I am an elegant lady even if I buy sportswear there. I also like the quality and design of the clothes. Definitely would recommend to visit this store.

I Shopped last night around 5:30pm- had the most amazing sales associate to help my daughter with jeans. I went to almost every womens clothing store in the mall yesterday and this store BY FAR had the best service. THANK YOU!

I just got 2 stars because of the clothes but I was very disappointed today because of the behavior of the store manager. She treated me and my family very badly, which upset me. When I asked her about online shopping, she was a little confused at first, and when I asked her about the estimated time of ordering online, she explained very rudely that she did not know exactly when it would arrive .While we all know that the most important principle of a customer service is to be kind and respectful to customers. I was very upset and I do not think so I will buy from this store anymore.

So giving it a 3star because the clothes are really quite nice and I shop there often. But service from store manager at Coquitlam center was awful, she was rude and dismissive.

Great staff, super helpful today!! I've lost some weight and they helped me find the right sizes and what looked good on my body. It's always an adjustment when your body changes and they handled it fabulously and made me feel comfortable instead of frustrated with testing different sizes.

Staff are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.They put signage for price points for example 29.95 dresses and they put them on EVERY SINGLE part of the wall that has dresses even the parts that are not even included in the deal. When i asked why the signage is on them when none of the dresses are a part of the deal and the lady just laughed at me and said in a sarcastic tone "Thanks for telling me how to do my job."Well clearly no one has told you yet
