This store is so much better with the self-checkouts. I know a lot of people may not agree, but they are such a time-saver.
PC Express Review:
Three orders in a row messed up. The first two were missing items. Third one, the wrong order was delivered to me.
The manager on the phone didn't apologize, and then gave me attitude when I suggested that she lead the conversation with an apology.
The manager suggested that if I'm going to express frustration when my order is incorrect that maybe I should shop somewhere else.
When my correct order arrived, it included a full box that belonged to another customer. So obviously, they did not learn from their mistake.

Produce is mediocre. Household items are often cheaper at other stores.

Deposits on the large water bottles need to be refundable. No other store or company does it in such a dumb way as superstore.

Incredible service!! Walked in 10 mins before closing fully not expecting for this to happened. I asked if they could write something on a birthday cake for me, luckily someone working at the customer service desk worked in the bakery previously. She obliged when she didn’t have to!! Thank you so much this really made the day of my family. Nicole was so great!!!!

We had a really bad customer service from one of the supervisors who seems doesn’t like being called by the cashier for the authorization of selling over certain cartons of milk when we purchased 20 cartons of milk for our own business use a couple of days ago. We bought over 20 cartons of milk lots of times back in June and July this year and were very happy even though sometimes the cashier needed to call the supervisor for authorizations. No one told us that we are not allowed to make such purchases. This time, The supervisor was very rude and said that we were not allowed to purchase so many cartons. If this is the case, superstore should state the policy clearly in the store, not something from the supervisor’s words. Also this is not our first time buying these many quantities from the same store. We have never been told that before. In addition to this, we bought it for our own use, not for resale. I believe Superstore should welcome small business consumers as well, not only individual consumers. Since then, we don’t go to the store anymore. We worry about that we are not welcomed there anymore. We had a really bad experience. I wish that Superstore should have a clear policy printed out and listed in front of the store entrance or the items with a limit for sale if they have such policies so small businesses can go to other places to purchase. I also searched the website and was not able to find such policies. ?

Tired of superstore gouging everyone. I bought apple turnovers all it was pastry except for one tiny piece of an apple. You call them all they say is sorry we can refund you. It’s not both just refunding it’s peoples time their gas Further more how dare you take rotten strawberries keep the part that’s not rotten cut them and jack the price up and call it sliced strawberries with 1.00 dollar hike. Obviously you must have noticed a decline since everyone has been banning Loblaw . I thought I would go back after two months again lesson learned. They don’t care about me or you the bottom line is all you care about is how to rip customers . So sad!!!
Furthermore when your a billion dollar company, how come your washrooms are the most filthiest unsanitary washrooms I’ve used. They are worse than a gas station that has one stall off of a highway. Pull up your socks before someone picks up c-diff???

Super bad customer service, my partner and I went to get some patio furniture. In home section we saw a plant marked for $15,(there were 3 of those pots not 1).
When we went to checkout the price was $27.99, we told the associate she called someone to validate the price. Then they said the price was only for the pot not the whole plant. They sent us to customer service, the lady called manager who was rude and was cutting off. It’s not the customer’s fault that the price tag was wrong, or somebody stocked the products at the wrong spot, as a courtesy they should have offered at least something rather than blaming the customer for not reading the price tag description. She went away saying she was too busy and didn’t assist at all.
We even heard the customer service lady saying that the products were stocked at the wrong spot.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I stopped coming here as part of the boycott in May, and decided to use up our points for our vacation groceries. I sat for 40 minutes in click and collect and watched multiple people get served who came in after me. When I placed the order online I opted to redeem points. When I called to let them know I was here, they hadn't taken the points off because I checked. When I called the second time to see if they forgot about me, they hadn't redeemed the points. My guess is they just didn't process the order when I called the first time. Here I am 60 minutes in and no groceries. This truly confirms that we made the right choice not to shop here regularly anymore. Superstore sucks.

Updated my review from 4 stars to 1.
So i always buy their fresh salads and half the time there isnt forks or dressing. When was the kast time someone ate salad with a spoon aside from me.
But today is even better. I decided to get a ceasar salad and because i was in a hurry i didnt oay attention. When i opened it im looking and saying....whers the bacon? All i got was lettuce ...a tablespoon of cheese and 2 lemons. All for only 9 dollars. I quit buying their chicken because they were tasteless. Now i will get my salads from somewhere else as well.

Cashier charged me 6.99 for this and when I showed her the photo of this price display she did not apologise for the error at all and said there's nothing she could do about it since it scans for 6.99. People could be paying 6.99 for this thinking it was 1.59 if they don't check properly. this is very misleading and the attitude from the staff when alerted of this was very poor. 6.99 for this is also way overpriced. Most disappointing visit to superstore.

I cannot see myself shopping at any loblaws store until they change their pricing. Recent shop was not comparatively cheaper than other stores. I feel bad for the staff that have to be the face for this company taking on the frustration of customers. It’s truly not their fault.

Like most Superstore locations these days, their security measures (plexiglass everywhere, alarms going off, etc) are inhospitable. Treating your customers like thieves isn't a good look. Prices constantly go up, far beyond inflation. Shrinkflation is everywhere. The accruing of 'points' used to keep me coming back, but that system simply isn't working anymore.
It is also obvious people working here are not happy, and barely surviving. All while Loblaws reports record profits

Boycott loblaws. I saved 400$ last month doing so for much better quality food
