Called them on a Sunday afternoon long weekend, they took my car in Monday holiday morning, lent me a loaner, next day car was done. Super quick no fuss and great work, the team there did an excellent job!

Just fantastic service. We called in on a SUNDAY! and set up an appointment for the next day. Needed cracked windshield replaced on Monday as we were heading back home to Prince George. Great job, would recommend to anyone! Top to bottom, good service and very pleasant staff.

If I'd be you, i would not waste my time with this company, they delivery is absurdly off, 1.5 hours eta means 3.5 hour eta.
Just keep that in mind !!!!

Went to my car the morning we were supposed to drive back to USA to find the rear glass shattered. Called this place first, got a fast answer, great customer service, concise information and immediate quote for same day repair. Called some other places after, and then it quickly became clear that this was the best option. Took my Subaru in, got a 4 hour estimate, and then spent the time with my friends at Ikea, a short walk away, front desk was super nice and gave the recommendation to go while we wait. Went back after 3ish hours, and the car was almost done and ready. The final price was the exact same that they'd quoted, the new glass fit flush and appears to be the exact same as my old one, and they cleaned all the shattered glass from the trunk, which I didn't have the heart to do yet, and they carefully worked around the rear wiper (works great still) and rear dashcam that I had forgot to warn them about (They actually tucked the dashcam cord inside the plastic door trim, making it way better than I had it before!!). Was great to see nice faces, conversation, and service after the shock and annoyance that comes with having your car broken into. New glass is great and we made it 200km back home in the rain, not too late & without issue! I likely will never be back in the area, or make the mistakes that led to my car being broken in to in the first place, but if it happened again, I would for sure come back here.

I noticed my windshield had a crack in it on Friday afternoon. I drove straight to Rapid Auto Glass to see what my options were. The woman I dealt with, was AMAZING! She was able to get my windshield replacement in right away, told me it would be done by 5:30 that same day, and even gave me a loaner vehicle. She ended up calling me at 3:45 to tell me my car was ready, and it was $100 cheaper than quoted. Amazing company. Amazing staff. Amazing service. I highly recommend.
