Horrible place to go.While I ask for reason behind not able to print my code for the return label a guy who works their loose his temper and start swearing and ask me twice to go out from his store.If owner or person has this attitude they should not run business. I will contact postnet and write about his behaviour. Coquitlam has no other purolator drop location and this store is using that to abuse customer.

I had an incredible experience with Venice, I needed to cut some papers, laminate them and print them in 15 minutes, because the store was going to close. She was extremely helpful and quick, we managed to finish everything. Just have to say thank you.

Lies, Incompetence & Faud: I shipped 2 items through PostNet in Coquitlam via Purolator that were destroyed: a framed print and vintage table, despite the packages being wrapped thickly in bubble wrap (see photos). This was not just minor damage....the packages had to be grossly mishandled to incur this type of damage. The Owner Nasser Tavakoli sold me insurance, which claim was denied by Purolator. Nasser first told me he would refund the insurance premium, then reneged, then told me he'd refund the shipping charges, then went radio silent. Do not use or trust this location...they lie and mislead.Update: Sept. 7: Nasser called me, yelled at me at the top of his voice for not telling him the table was an antique at the time it was shipped, said "you are sh*t", told me to go ahead & sue him and hung up on me. At the time of shipment, he did not ask me if it was an antique. I had just sent him this text thismorning from the local Burnaby Purolator office, which Nasser referred to me to initially. It's clear he screwed up & is now looking for a way out.

I recently visited Postnet on High Street in Coquitlam twice, in as many weeks. Both times, Venice (the young lady who served me) was friendly, helpful, and cheerful, too! Great service on both occasions, and my parcel and documents arrived at their respective destinations at the time they were supposed to. Thanks!

Had an outstanding experience at the PostNet on The High, in Coquitlam. We went in with a lamination project. Received excellent service right from the outset. PostNet did a sample run for us and we were very happy with the results. They provided us with a very competitive quote for the full project, arranged a time to start it on the next day, took on some additional cutting work forua, and delivered on our project the same day - 3 days before they said it would be done. Exceptional customer service, friendly staff, and very competitive pricing. I would highly recommend this shop for your printing/lamination needs, and we will go there again...

I will give a 0 star only because of the old man worker who was giving me rude attitude. When I asked for tape to seal a small package,I Was told I have to purchase the tape.When I questioned about it, The old man worker said “you don’t have to send it if you don’t purchase the tape” and then immediately turn to next customer.This is not how you wanna do a long run business in the community!

Absolutely fantastic 5-star service. Have used this location multiple times and when I had a complication with a FedEx pick up, the manager stepped up, called FedEd and solved the problem. ????

I direct all my FedEx packages to this location as it is more convenient than shipping things to my home. The staff here are very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this place!Big shout-out for the 2 ladies working there! Thank you both for always being so helpful!

Their price is not fair totally.I had some letter size black and white printing.They asked me for $0.50/page !!!!I don't recommend them at all.
