It’s been awhile since I’ve gone into Plenty and I will be back! The staff at Coquitlam centre, especially Emily, were friendly, most helpful, and made my shop fun. It was so refreshing and appreciated to be greeted with such positivity and genuine kindness. Keep it up!

Wow….. It’s been awhile since I’ve gotten AMAZING customer service! Wilma, was so wonderful on helping me choose an outfit for my girlfriend’s birthday. I was so lost and confused but she was so wonderful and patient with me.

I’ve been on the hunt for a solid pair of jeans to fit my figure, and I came to plenty and one of the sales associates Wilma helped me pick out the Taylor made jeans which fit like a glove. 10/10 for quality and 10/10 for service. Will definitely be visiting again.

The service here is incredible. Sheri, the store manager, is absolutely wonderful and just deserving of the highest praise. She helped me find a key pair of jeans- the post baby jeans, and she was just so lovely about it. And then there was a technical error in their system when I was trying to pay that could have been a nightmare when I was short on time but Sheri just went absolutely above and beyond to handle the situation quickly for me. She was so kind and obviously I also love the clothing here.

They had the shoes in stock that I was looking for. Would have preferred to have another size for comparison as these shoes were expensive and I would like to be sure of my choice.

Impeccable service at this store. I was looking for something specific and while wondering around I was greeted by Cheri the store manager. With her help and her co-worker Wilma I found what I was looking for an more. Customer service is top notch here and I will definitely return to this store and recommend to others.
