My only issue with them is that they are frequently short of prescription meds. Otherwise, friendly & helpful!

Love the staff here. Always friendly and nice when we go in, even in the post office ?

The women behind the pharmacy counter are never happy to see you and will do anything to get out of doing their jobs
Need help finding something? They'll make you feel stupid for even asking and then wave in the general direction of the entire store before getting back to their heated conversation with each other
Need something pharmacist prescribed? She acted like I seeking drugs and only pretending to be sick. I was after *antibiotics*
It's so unfortunate because I still use their post office all the time and would have loved to get my pharmacy errands done in the same trips but literally every single time I try to do this I end up having to go to Costco or safeway instead. I don't even bother anymore

Great folks. Very helpful and friendly. Sometimes, my kids forget to renew their prescriptions. They always give me enough medication to cover the time it takes me to contact the doctor and renew the prescriptions.

I like this store for its good selection, some items that I can't find elsewhere and the post office. Easy parking too.

I strongly recommend Pharmasave Austin. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, they've never forgot about calling me if my medication was ready for pickup, explaining how to take it, answering all my questions and giving me professional advice when I needed. They seem to really care and I appreciate their effort.

Used to be a friendly neighborhood pharmacy, but in the past 5 years it has gone downhill quickly, do not waste your time going to this location. Have been going to this Pharmasave Austin Ave location for over 25 years and have stopped this month and moved my prescriptions elsewhere after once again I went to pick up my refill prescriptions and it was not ready. They have an online refill ordering system and one time I ordered online my refill and booked to pick up 3 days later. Upon picking up my refill I was told that I was ordering my refill days earlier then the allowable eligibility. I explained I will run out the next day and was told I could have a 7-day emergency refill and then come back in 5 days for my full refill. This meant I would be paying the dispensing fee twice and was told, does it matter, your plan covers it. This month I online order a refill on a Friday and following Tuesday went to pick up and was told my prescription had expired and that they could give me a 7-day emergency refill. Was told I need to see my doctor for a renewal, I explained this could take 2 weeks and was told I could keep coming back for 7-day emergency refills and each time paying a dispensing fee. When I explained to the young gentlemen behind the pharmacy counter this was not right, he laughed at me. Here is the thing, in both cases they read the online refill order, knew there was an issue and elected not to contact by phone to tell in advance there is an issue with my online order. The online refill system makes it a requirement to list your phone number, so they know what they are doing and trying to force you to additional dispensing fees. In terms of the time I was 5 days too early for my refill eligibility, I asked how this could be and was told maybe you lost them. All I can think is they shorted me 5 days’ worth of my prescription on the original prescription filling. Regardless I have moved onto to a Pharmacy that has great hours 9:00 Am to 10:00 Pm, where I go now they call me when my prescription is ready. No more trying to rush on a Sunday because the Pharmasave on Austin Ave closes at 3 Pm…….any business that closes at 3 Pm on Sunday tells you how small their operation is.

This place is okay..I wish they would put the proper hours for closing with the post office...soo annoying. On Saturday, the post office closes at 3, not 4, like they advertise. I missed out on work because of this.....Ughh

The post office staff are extremely rude and somehow two of my packages went missing all in the same month, they couldn’t even try to explain how it happened.
