For the most part they are friendly fairly knowledgeable. I got a fish there that had ick and wiped out most of my aquarium but most people who are serious in the fish keeping hobby have a quarantine tank for that reason I guess not sure if they quarantine the new fish maybe just coincidence but I like the aquarium plants there and it's convenient location for me. I'll give 5 stars however I did and do find the one guy I think he may be manager or something I find him kind of rude or not very good social skills or gets flustered easily when they get a little rush . But anyways it's pretty good place

Very nice and helpful staff. I forget their names but two guys working on Monday helped me lift a giant 75 gallon aquarium into my car. He even matched the sale price online which saved me some money. Thanks for going above and beyond for us! I will be back soon!

It is a good store. Nice pet Grooming there. Also customer service 90% of it definitely great. The rest 10 is just falls on knowledge of the stuff really. But other than that really good pet store to come and get whatever you need.

Grooming Review:My pup had her first puppy trim with Racheal this past weekend and the experience was disappointing. Not very welcoming or comforting with my nervous pup. Informed me that she may not be able to do a full haircut since it’s her first time so I was fine with a puppy trim. Upon pickup, the groomer was not present at all to share how my pup did. Although smelt clean, she looked barely cut and still a bit damp, bum area and undercarriage was untouched. My pup is also super itchy after the grooming session. Likely will not be coming back for another groom.
