Just went to fill up gas and the hose started leaking everywhere. I ended up getting all of my clothes and shoes covered and when I went to report the problem, the workers hardly batted an eye. I wasn’t even frustrated at first, but after searching for an attendant outside for assistance, I had to head inside to wait in a line of customers because there was no attendant outside. By the time I was helped, the worker just casually told me not to use that pump and go to a different one. No apologies were given and after heading back outside the pumps were reset which meant that I needed to wait an additional 5 minutes before using it. Keep in mind, resetting the pumps did not fix the problem of the leaky hose which was still not being tended to after I finished filling up my vehicle. Don’t think I’ll be going back to this location.

Would not sell lottery ticket despite providing 2 pieces of ID that proved that I was of legal age. Lady at clerk needs to learn how age works.

Make sure you check the total before paying. Had to tell the cashier what the displayed prices were because she kept scanning them as full price

I come to petro for full service gas, however, the staff seems unbothered that we are waiting for service. Just stands there doing nothing. I flashed my high beams multiple times to get his attention that I need help. He sees me and chooses to ignore me, the least he can do is acknowledge the fact that I’m waiting. But he didn’t do that. Instead he decided to help someone pump air in his tires when I had arrived first. I had to pump my own gas at this full service gas station. If I wanted to pump my own gas then I would have went elsewhere since it’s cheaper for self service gas.Management needs to retrain the staff on their priorities as filling people’s tank is literally their main duty as a gas station attendant.

I normally don’t go to Petro Canada but I got a gift card from my friend. Decided to come here after work and somehow none of the staff knew how to use my gift card and ended up locking it. First saying I gotta wait 5mins then later say gotta wait half an hour. Like seriously stop wasting my time
