I had a disappointing experience with this Fedex retailer:
- I checked with him to make sure Fedex offers 10 am next day delivery to my destination. After checking the postal code, he said yes. The next day when I went to check if the package was delivered, it was showing it as a "next day by 8 pm delivery" service. So, either he mislead me, or made a mistake when putting the order.
- That same package was lost by Fedex and they told me to go to this location to get my refund as the refund has been made to the Fedex account of this branch. And it was a headache. I gad to go there in person, call multiple times, etc to finally get me refund.

I dropped by today to make a return, but I couldn't print the label at home. While they don’t offer printing services, they kindly printed the label and attached it for me! Thanks again!
