I asked the pharmacist if I could get the HPV vaccine again, and I looked it up on Google. This is the first time I've heard this. I'm not being sarcastic, it's ridiculous.

Similar experience with a lot of other reviews here, booked my COVID vaccine here, cancelled from their side without notice. Then I booked for another time, when I showed up, they said the system isn't working, please come back for walk-in vaccine. Probably will not be coming back for that walk-in.

I booked both a covid and a flu vaccine here and was told that they don't have flu vaccines except for seniors. I wasn't the only person with a flu vaccine booked that they turned away. Also they told me after only 3 minutes of waiting that I was free to leave, which is completely different from what every other clinic has told me. Seems completely unprofessional.

It’s unbelievable how our government even authorized this place to hold a license to operate as a pharmacy. Hygiene is just incredibly bad. No hand wash before giving shots, no gloves, and boxes of used needles left in the open.

If I knew it would be such a bad experience I would have never gone.After my vaccine they kicked me out and told be better wait 10 min in my car.Also people kept coming with flu shot appointments, but they kept telling them they didn't have any shots bit didn't have time to inform anyone.Also the place looks filthy.

Staffs in this pharmacy are very nice to be honest. But, the system might need to improve a bit. I booked an appointment my 4th dose COVID vaccine today(12:45pm). I went to the place at 12:42 pm and signed the form for registration. And then,I kept waiting until 1:31pm and asked them why it took so long for the wait. I saw 3 guys came after me got vaccine BEFORE me.?And then I asked one of the ladies what her appointment was. She told me that her appointment was at 1:20pm. But she got vaccinated before me who had appointment at 12:45.???????

I had a vaccine appointment at 4:45 pm and I got my vaccine at 6:10 pm! Not recommended at all. However, she was alone at the time and her colleague had left due to backache. This might have caused that mess.

I made a reservation for the flu shot, but the line was long, so I waited a long time. I don't think old lady can handle the reservation her alone. I'm going to get my next year flu shot somewhere else. I recommend getting a COVID-19 vaccine elsewhere.

Avoid at all cost. Cleanliness or hygiene? See pictures below. Wearing gloves before injecting? Forget it. She doesnt do any of that. She works on a computer, touches papers, health cards and many things but comes to you, rub your shoulder with a wipe and injects thats it. Handwash? Nope. Then goes back to the desk. Appointment time? its all random and first come first serve. After you get injection she tells to rest in car for 10 minutes and go home. If you need a bandaid you do it yourself, self-serve. Confirming your identity? Thats not a thing there. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I got my both booster and flu shot at 4pm, very fast and on time. I did book my appointment in advance. Not many people when I arrived.

Pharmacist was very curt when giving covid vaccines, a pregnant customer had to ask her to wash her hands as gloves weren't being used. Garbage and wrappers from previous vaccines being given were strewn across the space. Very unpleasant to deal with (Oct 10/22)

DONT GO HERE FOR VACCINATION!Mrs. Eunice Oh collected a few BIOHAZARD USED syrenges by her bare hand (not even wearing gloves) from the ground and then proceeded to give me shot WITHOUT WASHING OR EVEN SANITIZING HER HAND!!!

Waited over 45 min for scheduled vaccine appointment. Poor communication, no organization, and questionable cleanliness. Avoid at all costs.
