I have had very good experiences when taking my car in for repairs. Great customer service and very professional. All work was done quickly & recommendations were provided to indicate the most cost effective way of completing the work. I feel my vehicle is in very good hands.

Blue Mountain Autopro provided very helpful and interesting photos of inspection/work done during the current service. They are topnotch in service for me. The owner and all staff are exceptional. If you haven't used their help and if you are within reasonable range, get over there!! Service at its best! Special thanks to Dave at the front desk and to Shane in behind it all!
This is from someone who has been driving for sixty-seven (67) years and therefore has used many service outlets in BC.

Dave and Shane have been there for me all throughout my years of university as I limp my little Hyundai around on a budget. Blue Mountain AutoPro was so helpful, from booking the appointment to final pick up. Super friendly staff, amazing customer service!! My car was vacuumed and a cold water and hand sanitizer left for me inside . Honestly these guys are fantastic, I would highly recommend them??

My '19 Accord 2.0t was making an odd "wumpa, wumpa" noise with every revolution of the wheels; In my mind it had to be either tires or a wheel bearing or U joint. I bought the car new and so was torn between going back to the dealer or Blue Mountain Autopro, but I bought the tires from Bluemountain AP. My past experience told me they would treat me right. It turns out the rear tires had "cupped" after nearly 50K Km. It was my fault for not having them rotated in all that time. In the end I had new tires installed and the problem solved. The car's mechanical condition was not compromised. Shane and his crew always give me the straight goods and provide excellent service.Lesson learned: rotate your tires. BAP will do it for free!
