This is a late comment about Muse & Merchant products and service that purchased one month ago. The furniture quality is solid, the sofa looks robust, and delivery service is fantastic, special thanks to Mr. Oscar and Mr. Vadym who did great job to move the sofa into my room by going through a tiny little space. They were not only work hard, but also work smart. Although, this is a late review, but at the same time, the comment made herein is based on one month use experience of the products, which is more objective.

Went in yesterday to have my husband test out dining chairs, lounge chairs and sofa. Rose walked us through the sofa selection with superior knowledge, patience and made the experience fun and without feeling pressured! The showroom is beautiful, staff are wonderful. Go- you won’t be disappointed! Note- use the website to narrow down options ahead of time. There are so many options it can be overwhelming and distracting when you walk in.

We have been customers of Scan and Muse/Merchant for more than a decade and part of the reason beyond the product quality, customer service is brilliant in a day/age where it is typically is not. Today we had a live edge large piece delivered that weighed well over 500 lbs. Oscar and Vadym simply rolled up their sleeves and without complaint figured it out and demonstrated constant concern for our floors, the installed piece and our own satisfaction with installed location. Well done!
