Went in to browse through and saw these beautiful silver bird sculptures on display definitely thinking about getting one. It was nice to be greeted when coming in to the store will be back.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SELL YOU. I purchased a $6,000 couch from this location and the associate at the store confirmed with me that there are no feathers and that the interior is foam and that it will retain its shape but the couch looks like GARBAGE only 4 months in. I called the store and the "resolutions manager" had no resolution. She told me to fluff it up as if I hadn't already done that. Zero resolution then I come to find out that moes home collection isn't even the real moes home collection. Now im stuck with a $6,000 couch and zero solution. Thanks a lot!

Got a couch, a coffee table, and two nightstand lamps three years ago and we love them to bits still. Jason and his staff are wonderful and we look forward to shopping there again real soon.

Do not trust these guys!They are just a franchise of MOE's who do not care about customers and the product quality is garbage.we bought a set of furniture from them and they came defective. They just delayed the response for 14 days and then rejected accepting returns!

FRAUD ALERT! The worst furniture store I have ever dealt with!!!DO NOT FALL into the trap that this is a brand store! A dusty old supermarket has a better customer CARE than these guys!! Quality is garbage and they just stick a brand on it and sell it for a premium with no care for the customer.Read the other reviews! They all complain about the same thing!Coquitlam store is apparently just a franchise from moe's and they follow moe's policy whenever it suits them and just ignore the policy whenever it is against them!!I bought 6 dining chairs for about $4000 from them and I have had problem with them exactly 2 days after I got the delivery! They fooled me into thinking that the problem with my chair upholstery is a defect so I do not return them while I could withing the 14 days of delivery. After the return period was closed, they just simply ignored me and said that is not their problem!!!These expensive chairs are just a decorative piece and they are not meant to be sat on! The store customer care advise me to make sure that all my guests wash their pants before coming to my place or place a towel over the chair!!! Really?!!!! I only had guest may be less than 5 times ever since I bought these chairs. I live alone with no pets or anyone else living with me. Normally out of my apartment for 12 hours a day, so I am not even using the chairs and they are showing problems!! they just bring every excuse to ignore the fact that they have sold you a product that is defective!!!!1IKEA QUALITY IS BETTER THAN THIS GARBAGE!!!

We bought a nest chair from moe 1.5 years ago. We had some questions regarding the fabric and cushions. Moe has been really good with communicating and giving updates regarding our questions. Their sales person Russell was really nice, and their store manager Jason really knowledgeable, kind and helpful with us ordering 6 yards of fabrics and delivering to the Vancouver store for us to pick up. Nothing but praise. Thank you, Jason!

Update: see other comments on Vancouver vs Coquitlam stores. It’s not just me. Better yet try calling Vancouver store where they will tell you all sorts of complaints they received regarding the Coquitlam store.We are very unhappy with our purchase. We purchased a leather sectional for over $5,000 (yes, sale price) and granted it was a sale item we expected the $300 delivery charge to be waived. I spoke to Vancouver Moe's and also some other furniture stores who advised they would not charge delivery for an item that expensive even if it was on sale.Moe's Coquitlam said regular priced items can be waived delivery fee but not sale items - they refer to their website. Yet, when I mention that the Vancouver Moe's was offering free delivery for a sale item they say each store has their own policy. I am unsure whether I understand their logic: sometimes they say they follow Moe's policy but other times they say they have their own policy?!We asked for a refund because the store was fighting with us re: $300 delivery fee in relation to a $5,000 item.VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE PERSON AT THIS LOCATION: The customer care manager called me this morning and basically threatened to charge us warehouse fees if we refuse to pay and provide delivery dates. She talked to me in a very condescending manner which you would not expect from a customer "care" person. She was not willing to hear what has led up to the conflict and not even want to listen to why we were unhappy with them.Spoke to Moe's headquarters right afterwards who advised this is an ongoing issue with the Coquitlam store and they've had a lot of customers come to them to complain about the Coquitlam store. I WOULD NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN. I have had very good experience with the Vancouver store so it is unfortunate that this store is allowed to run their business under the Moe's name yet provide very poor customer service.

the place is really nice and clean. they decorate the place really well and they have a nice theme to each area. i would come back here again. the staff were helpful and were not pushy, they allowed me to roam around to just simmer in each area.thank you Moe!
