I have been dealing with modern bathrooms for years, 90% of our washrooms the shower hardware and vanities are from there unless it’s custom and has to be built. Incredible service very helpful beautiful products great pricing staff is amazing and very helpful. Can’t say enough about the team at modern.

I was looking for a shower valve (part) and ended up to their website, immediately contacted them and got a call back within a minute, sent an email of the parts needed and I got the quote and delivery info upon payment sent. Sean w/Modern Bathrooms was a gem to work with. I bought a vanity and linen cabinet and it couldn’t have gone any better. He delivered them within days of purchase to Victoria and they arrived in perfect condition. He even helped with an issue my contractor had with a couple of handles in a pleasant and timely way.I found Modern Bathrooms by searching online in need after two of my contractors’ vendors dropped the ball and wasted weeks during my reno. I’ve been looking for a vanity with a backsplash on the left side for more than a week now, until I found this amazing place with a great catalog where you can mix and match many options easily. And the staff is also so helpful. Prices are reasonable. Great place!

I'm a local contractor in the Cloverdale area of Surrey and found Modern Bathroom's through a client about 5 years ago and recommend them to all my clients. They provide a quality product and exceptional service and I have never been disappointed.It's a one stop shop where you can buy a solid painted plywood cabinet with soft close doors and drawers with handles, that includes a quartz counter top with under-mount sink, a choice of fixtures as well as a nice framed mirror to complete the project. We did extensive searching in box stores (and other major online sites) for a product that would work for us. Extremely glad we stumbled on modernbathrooms.ca as the quality is higher and the price is lower. Delivery to Prince George only took a week from order date. All questions and concerns I sent by email were responded to promptly. Amazing customer service.

Easy ordering and pick up process. Staff were very friendly, responsive, and helpful. One downside was the sink we received was defective (top and bottom holes were not aligned), and therefore the drain did not sit quite flush causing water to leak. Worked with staff and got a different drain and doubled up on the rubber gaskets - it worked. I tested everything recommended by them and it all looked fine so I installed everything therefore removing and returning for a replacement wasn’t an easy option. Overall positive experience but make sure the drain sits completely flush before installing to avoid the extra workarounds.
