Got my makeup done here, girl was very nice but my makeup was not worth what I paid. There was no transition colors for a Smokey eye; she went straight in with black :) I had fall out under my eyes (black) she covered it up with power? As well, I asked for color correction and she said “yes we do full service makeup,” she did no color correction slapped on the foundation. I even showed a photo of what I wanted, next time please say we can’t do that. I wish I had taken photos but I was so mad I went back washed it ALL off and did my own makeup. Done May 19 at 3:30pm. I was very disappointed in this experience because I even told her I haven’t gotten my makeup professionally done in 10 years. I’m sharing my thoughts as I was looking forward to not having to do my own makeup for once and relaxing but instead I had to redo it all and waste $80 :)

The shelves aren’t stocked with products so you have to wait for them to serve you. When asked to buy a product (that was inside a drawer) they said they will be right with me but continued chatting with colleagues.Essentially you have to stand around and wait for their conversation to end

I had such an amazing experience with Jessie today. She was kind on the phone when I inquired about stock and was even kinder in person. She helped me pick the right lipglosses, shared her thoughts, and made recycling my products easy. She was hilarious, had great energy, and frankly, I didn’t want to leave. I’ve always had a great experience at this specific location but Jessie knocked this experience right out of the the park. Thank you Jessie and team!

I’ve been to this store today and had an amazing experience with Jessie M who helped me to find the best match in foundation (which I had trouble for long time in). She knows colour, undertone and could recognize mine very fast and precise. Can’t believe that she chose three shades only and the second was the best and the closest shade to my skin. Her colleague ,who I don’t know her name unfortunately, gave me real good advice too.

Customer service wasn’t good. Cashier was chitchatting with her colleagues and didn’t even mention what was the promo going on there and didn’t add up my point. Next time I’ll order online. Bad experience

Maggie the manager of Mac in Coquitlam centre is the rudest person I have ever encountered at Mac. She doesn't know anything about customer service. will never shop there again. I returned something that the had made mistake and put the wrong product on the receipt and she was angry like crazy person. I feel sorry for all people who work with her.
