Always have great service with everyone accept east indian lady. Purchased variety cheesecake. Chocolate was perfect accept the plain one was very salty, after taste was stale and spoil. Took all pieces back and that lady quite sarcastically said" I doubt it". I have purchased a lot since past 15 years. But never get a good service from her. Very uncomfortable shopping while she is around.

I recently placed a $225 online order for same day delivery for a party. Not only did I not receive my order, when I called the store of origin they had no record of my purchase. I tried calling the customer service line and spoke to someone that was supposed to follow-up but did not. No follow-up from the store manager either. I will say that the woman I spoke to at the store that afternoon was very kind and tried her best to help. Sadly with $225 dollars down the drain of my hard earned dollars it's needless to say I will never shop there again and feel it necessary to warn the public as well.

After reading many good reviews I decided to give M&M a try, but I was greatly disappointed by the Asian Party Pack. The chicken and pork nuggets were flavorless, and dry. The spring rolls were soggy and took a lot longer time in the oven than the instructions on the package before they became crispy. And it was disappointing that the pack also did not come with a small pack of dipping sauce like many similar items sold in grocery stores.

Terrible frozen food store. Seriously just nasty and if you go on their website and see a bunch of 4 and 5 star reviews then you know they are fake. Tried out a few appies for appies nite. Stuffed mushrooms were rubbery and the filling so salty they were inedible. Cauliflower bites were ok but bland and hard to cook as the sizes varied wildly. And the WORST was the potato skins that get a 4.5 out of 5 on their website- all FAKE . They were small dry and outrageously priced for 8 small skins. I am used to the amazing TGI Fridays ones from Costco were you get more than Double WITH bacon and actual cheese for half the price. They were sooooo BlAND . Just awful all around and won't be returning to m & m meats. It's a real rip off!

I get the single serve sizes. Most of what I have tried is pretty good, except for the beef lasagna (too much sauce, runny) canelloni (pasta tough when done in microwave) and pizza. Better quality at Costco (Sabatassos pizza singles and Zanetti Lasagna singles)

I'm a regular here. Some reviewers say the staff are a bit rude, but I find the staff are just quite until you ask a question or are ready to checkout. Other then a few items, they do have the best quality frozen food available. Try the desserts.

Quick service but they don't treat instacart shoppers with any respect.As soon as I pulled my phone out I got yelled at. "Where is your bag!"I quickly went to my car and got it. But the lack of customer service skills your establishment presented was embarrassing.
