Customer service at the actual customer service section is generally pretty good here during the morning hours but I came here yesterday evening and it could have been better. I got to the customer service till so that I could be helped and the woman on shift working there saw me, looks like she could be Filipino just left to do something else which is fine but an "I'll be right back or be right with you" would have been a nice gesture. She eventually came back and I wanted to redeem whatever I won on a scratch and win. I had bunch of other tickets I checked too. Anyways I was asked for ID which I understand if you're just buying the tickets initially and I always have it on me but I had already bought the tickets and a scratch and win so I thought that was kind of odd since how would have I bought those in the first place if I was underage? It's also laughable because I'm definitely over the age limit to buy tickets. I just think it would be common sense since I had already bought the tickets, just wanted to redeem the prize. Anyways that was my recent experience. I feel like the other staff at the customer service section were more friendly/approachable since they acknowledge you right away but seems like most of them are there during daytime hours.

Complaint Regarding Inaccurate Photos for Green Card Lottery Submission!
I am writing to express my frustration with the photo service I received at your store located at 2929 Barnet Hwy, Suite 1030, Coquitlam, BC V3B 5R5. Yesterday, I had photos taken for the Green Card Lottery for my family, for which I paid 76.38 CAD for three pictures.
I approached the specialist twice and specifically explained the criteria, including the size and parameters, as they are crucial for the application. Despite my clear instructions, when I attempted to upload the photos today, I found that the dimensions were incorrect and larger than required.
I am extremely disappointed and angry because I emphasized the importance of following the specifications. Now, I have to waste both time and money to redo the photos.
I cannot recommend the photo services at this location, as this has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
I look forward to hearing from you regarding how this issue can be resolved.

I went to the pharmacy to get a prescription and they were very helpful and gave a lot of information.
I will say though be careful of thieves. I got a prescription and when I later opened it, there was nothing (just the instructions which made me think something was inside). I had to go back. Thankfully the employee working the self check out recognized me and helped me out. Next time I’ll be sure to save the receipt and open the box right after paying to check. Hopefully they set up more safety measures for the medication on the shelves.

Was at the store at 330 pm on September 29, 2024 and found a deal on tim hortons coffee pods for $17.99. Went to pay and the scan came up as $19.99. I asked the staff and she checked a different location in the store and came back to tell me it was $19.99. I showed her where the $17.99 sign was. She removed the signs and we went back to the self check and she told me it is store policy to only give one item at the incorrectly posted price. She was very snarky from the beginning of the interaction. I asked for a manager and she said there was only a supervisor. The supervisor came and she told the supervisor about our interaction and said we were arguing with her. The supervisor said "they always argue". I don't know what she meant by that? I mentioned that it was false advertising because the sign was there and they were not honouring the price. The supervisor was very rude and snapped "give it to them." She mentioned she did not want to argue. Is this supervisor quality? Very disapponting to have such staff running the store. I shop at this store almost every week and to be treated this poorly is very disappointing. As for the signage. When you have a sign up and people are shopping it is expected to get the posted price without a limit unless the sign indicates a posted limit. Otherwise it is false advertising. Very surprised such a good store would have such a bad policy. Maybe that supervisor needs to review the consumer policy before running a store and implementing such a policy. Be aware of the pricing at his location. You may have to argue with the supervisor to get the posted price in the store and be abused in the process.

London Drugs has the best customer service and you can really rely on them to stand by their products. We were buying a heated blanket and decided to buy 2 because they were on sale. However it turned out the sale tag was wrong. Without us asking them to do anything except double check the tag, they realized the error and gave us both for the sale price. Staff were helpful and kind throughout. This totally made our day. It is yet another example of why we keep giving our business to London Drugs for computers, camera, kitchen gadgets, pharmacy and beyond. Thank you so much.

Vast majority of the time they have what I am looking for. They have good sales. Most staff are awesome! There's just one time customer service was not helpful when I was on crutches and that was really unfortunate.

Extremely poor service ,
So I had some money on my points decided to venture in to purchase a nd filter on close out .
No one to be seen and eventually as I approached the cash register someone appeared .
No hello no can I help you find something nothing .
Zip zero Nadda .
I asked if I could purchase the item .
Clerk just rang it in and asked for the amount .
Didn’t ask if I was a ld extras member or anything.
Had to remind him to do this .
In the mean time some kind of horseplay banter had broken out between the other staff there and I felt like the three of them would rather be anyplace else than at work.
Are they the bosses kids ? Do you train your staff anymore? What happened to the greeting part of a retail transaction.
Are you ok is not an appropriate greeting last time I checked .
Oh London drugs how much easier and easier are you making it to just shop online more and more.

Recently ordered a cologne online on their website, to which the item came with a damaged and leaking atomizer; Justin, the assistant store manager was quick to resolve the problem by issuing a full refund almost immediately to which I was extremely grateful for. Customer service at this store is great and I highly recommend speaking to Justin for any issues that may arise.

The 2 girls in the cosmetics section needs to learn some basic customer service as after my purchase when I went to the other side of the aisle I heard them gossiping about me. And when they saw me they were again and again checking on me because I guess they understood that I heard them. I felt really bad I would never go back to this location ever. Talking behind customer’s back and being racist is not at all cool.
