I have been recently here. They didn’t offer any bag or wrapping at all with an attitude, ‘why are you asking for such things’. Will never visit here again.

Awesome fabulous locations. I am a huge fan of their hand cream, soap and gift sets. The gift sets are absolutely adorable. I got one for Christmas and became obsessed and now I am hooked. The staff are awesome - kind, professional and highly proficient. Definitely will be back again and again and thank you so much for the awesome products - they make my day :)

Made an online purchase and visited this location to pick up my order. The worst customer service ever - the old lady threw some samples into my bag with her annoyed look as if she did not want to be there. I spent $250 and was treated like I shouldn’t be there.

Bad service at this store/branch for sure. I feel that the older asian lady there is always giving me looks for browsing and rush me to over purchase additional items. (Very pushy to the point that I no longer want to visit there despite how much i like this brand and have been loyal) The rest of the staff at this branch are super friendly though.

BEWARE of this location! I wish I could give better stars, but this location has let me down too many times. Recently, I went to buy Christmas gifts for my mum/sister. To say the least I felt very uncomfortable, and after making a purchase of a significant amount, I had to ask the associate for the complimentary samples which in my retail experience, is given with any kind of store purchase. Definitely trust these reviews, the customer service here is lacking, and I recommend better training when it comes to small talk with customers.

I am a frequent shopper at Coquitlam center Loccitane and it's very upsetting to say how disappointed I am with the service provided by this location and the business as a whole. The poor customer service and lack of responses from the store manager, Tiffany Andrade and her staffs makes the shopping experience a complete bust.I was also very surprised to see the store manager posting a positive review for the retail store that she manages. She should instead focusing on making efforts on customer service.
