I want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Pharmacist Simon.
He patiently spent a couple of hours explaining in detail the travel vaccines that are relevant for our overseas travel.
He was the only employee working on the day we dropped in and he was managing the entire store, accepting/dispensing prescriptions of walk-in clients, in addition to the travel medicine consultation.
His dedication and expertise were truly impressive, and it's clear he genuinely cares about the clients’ well-being. Simon’s professionalism and compassion make him a standout healthcare professional, and I hope his efforts are recognized by the pharmacy owner. Thank you, Simon for the excellent service

Pharmacist Simon Qi is a very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They made sure that I met my vaccination effectivenees date to the travel destination, gave additional (+cost saving) health tips. Also double checks insurance coverage with clients.He was happy to answer questions as well. Very good experience.

went in for a quick look and to get the washroom code as i had a dental appt. which i was already nervous about, in this building- Asian woman who was working in there was unfriendly, almost thought she wasn't going to give it to me, how rude! will never buy anything here ever! I bought something afew years ago and she was going to charge me full price instead of sale price-rip off!

I stopped by here to get a vaccine for school - Nancy is a very thorough, organized and hard-working individual. She pays extreme attention to detail and was adiment on making sure everything in her store was routinely disinfected and clean. I will definitely come back here again.

Nancy's pharmacy has become our go-to vaccination service for all types of vaccinations. She is very thorough and professional and pleasant to deal with. Being a small store, the service is easy to book and personalized -- a nice change from the big chain stores.
