Had a great experience purchasing my new to me 2018 Golf R. Wasn’t even expecting to buy a car the day I went in but after the test drive I was hooked. Juan in sales was friendly, polite and funny. He let my wife and young daughter all go for the test drive which I wasn’t expecting to happen but was extremely happy that they could. Ended up coming back the same day to finalize my purchase with Hannah in finance who was pleasure to deal with. All around a pleasant experience with good and well trained staff.

It takes effort, why read this review?
Care and service are importantly different terms.
They became meaningful and desirable qualities describing everyone involved in our purchase and technical preparation of a near to new, Audi Q5.
After a few phone-calls my wife and I were on our way to finding what excellent care and service means with each of the people involved at Regency Volkswagen. We knew what we wanted and how much of our time we were willing to use. Traveling from Vancouver Island to Coquitlam and back involves a commitment requiring many hours of travel time and substantial expense.
Everything was ready. No time or expense wasted. This was the satisfying experience we wanted.
Thanks to: Ed, Jay, Todd, Jay, Paul and again, Ed. Unnamed staff were the Technicians who prepared the vehicle in the few hours prior to our arrival.

Customer services really has some opportunity to grow and be better.
Specially the parts team, even in sales lack of empathy, and this guy really thinks he is doing you a favour while selling it to you and not providing things on time nor giving you options to solve your problem.
To the manager: you just lost another client, who as well will recommend not to go to your agency not even for new cars.

Greg was my sales person who helped me get into a car that checked all my boxes and within my price range. He was so knowledgeable about many cars, very efficient, friendly and professional and he really listened to me about what I needed out of a vehicle. Every person I dealt with there was so kind, friendly and willing to help. One of the owners introduced himself to me and was genuinely interested in making sure that I was comfortable with my purchase. The whole purchase was so easy and no pressure from purchase to insurance etc. Buying a car is a big expense for all consumers no matter what their budget is and at times can be a bit daunting especially from a woman’s perspective. I highly recommend you check out Journey Volkswagen in Port Moody because they are doing business in a very different and professional way than any of the other dealerships I have dealt with in the past year and a half. Due to my budget, I was growing tired of the whole process because of the demeaning and greedy dealerships approach. I felt enlightened and relieved that I not only got the car I wanted but I was handled as a customer with honesty, integrity and respectfully. On top of all that I had a nice surprise from Volkswagen service department that one of the parts they had ordered for my car had come in and that they wanted to schedule a time for me to install it for free. The service department technicians are all red seal mechanics and the inspection report that they did on my car was top notch and once again very professional and handled my vehicle with integrity. I can’t say enough good things about Volkswagen Port Moody, from the service department to the sales department. I wish you every success with your purchase should you choose this dealership for your next car purchase.
