Just picked up our Lincoln from Grip Auto. It was our first time there as we were referred to them. We received the best service with the friendliest staff! Autumn and Ben were so wonderful with us. They took the time to explain everything and we got the car back sparking clean! We paid less than half of what the dealership quoted us! We have definitely found our forever auto shop! We’ll be back for tires next!

Grip was amazing. They helped fix my car’s problem for a fraction of the price my dealership had offered. Not only did they do amazing mechanical work, but they had great customer service! I can’t recommend them enough.

I needed a hole plugged and more air in my tires, so I dropped my car off here in the morning. I had an Uber booked for me as well as paid for to send me to work, and 4-5 hours later I was booked another Uber from work back again and the job was completed free of charge! I appreciate how efficient everything was done, and Autumn was very courteous during the entire process. I would definitely come back here. Thanks again!

I was in need of an emergency tire repair late in the afternoon before heading out on vacation the next morning and the staff was very understanding, accomodating, and was able to fix it right away. I would highly recommend them!! Thank you GRiP TiRE team!

Exceptional customer experience! This is the first time I went to Grip Tire Coquitlam, I never had this type of customer service anywhere. Autumn in the front desk, she is wonderful to deal with. I had a flat tire and she got me in right away. Highly recommend!!

Very friendly staffs and they provide detail of assessment of your vehicle before having any job done. Washing the car after service is another great reason to revisit here.

So helpful and personable, and very trustworthy. I love that they send you photos of your car concerns to validate any suggested course of action. I was looking for a go-to reliable mechanic shop after my maintenance contract ended at the dealership and I have found my home. Thank you to Autumn, Ben, Chris and the team. I'll be back :)

Once again they should have a beyond excellence rating, Grip Coq has done it again I had an issue with my vehicle they got me in right away fixed it was very fairly priced, my car was clean and shiny when I picked it up, I cannot say enough about the team here, very professional straight forward and excellent workmanship I'm very happy with their service

I went to a couple places before checking out Grip and I couldn’t have been more impressed. I had a screw stuck in my tire, and a slow leak in another and both were repaired. They accommodated me so well. They picked up my vehicle from home, repaired the tires and brought it back to me. It felt like a luxury because that kind of service is unheard of. I will be purchasing my future set of tires here. Thanks for the delicious chocolate and car wash!

Booking online was SO easy, and the check in process just as smooth. I was able to get a courtesy car and be on my way within 8 minutes of arriving. I received text updates about the status of my vehicle as they worked and when it was ready for pickup. They even gave it a wash and vacuum!
Both Ben & Autumn were both professional and friendly. They provided additional info about recommended services but I felt no pressure to do the extra work than what I had come in for originally. Will be returning!
