It can be difficult to know how a dealer will react when there is a problem with a vehicle. Just such a situation occurred with me recently. I was very worried that ione auto would not help when I reached out to them. The company owner Andy Song reacted immediately, he kept up communications, and ensured that things were made right. His positive open attitude makes him a great business owner, that looks after his customers. Great service. Thats the most important thing when choosing where to buy a car.

Very professional and super friendly. Went above and beyond to help especially with financing. They have a lot of cars to choose from, was pleasantly surprised. Had a recent bad experience with a dealership so this place was very nice to work with. I really appreciate it and have already recommended them to a few people, would definitely buy another car from here. Thanks so much Jason! I love my car!

Awesome experience with Andy. Took the time to show me the vehicle and it’s history. Negotiated fairly and even came and picked me up the next day to finalize the sale. Top it all off had the insurance gentleman waiting for us on arrival and I was out the door in my new ride in less than 10 mins. Happy with my purchase and definitely would recommend stopping here if you want a no pressure, no hassle experience. Thanks Andy for everything.!

I bought a 2009 Mercedes at ione auto this month and I rate this dealership so highly!! Jay made the whole process very straight forward, was very knowledgeable and transparent and he went above and beyond to accommodate me. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a used vehicle!!!

Purchased a Volvo S40 2005. Had a fried computer which they must have known was fried. Jay, my sales person, was aware when we got into it since it had a fault on the dash. He managed to start it off the lot.I was informed a one week or 500km warranty. I told the sales person in text and via phone call a few days prior to the one week warranty expiring that there was a major issue and his response was that they only cover power train, which is NOT what it says on the receipt. I will attached the audio clip of our phone call.Will cost me several thousand to replace the computer and working proper.I highly do NOT reccomend purchasing a vehicle here. I will update this later with photos of the issue, links to our phone conversations which we recorded and a copy of the sales receipt.

We bought a 2012 Toyota Rav 4 from this dealership about 6 months ago. We've had no issues with it at all and love driving it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and at no time did we feel pressured to buy.
