I had a wonderful experience with House of Chippendale. I was drawn in by their traditional and expertly handcrafted furniture that is of no comparison to other local furniture stores. Everyone I spoke to was informative, helpful and courteous. Ordering was simple. House of Chippendale was able to accommodate my request to have my king bed delivered earlier than originally planned. Communication was excellent when it came to delivery and my follow up questions.

House of Chippendale makes beautiful, traditional, hand carved, luxury furniture that you just can't find very often nowadays! We ordered an entertainment unit from them about three years ago and just recently a queen bed with night stands. We've been very impressed all around. Great service and great workmanship! Had it all shipped half way across Canada and arrived flawlessly. I'm sure we'll be ordering more in the future!

Also Sandra provided excellent customer service and the delivery personel was super careful and knowledgeable in setting the furniture.

Love this furniture store. Unlike other furniture stores in the neighbourhood with all ready made furniture they can customize pieces according to what you want. The best part they use real mahogany and the prices are not much different from ready made furniture in the area.

I had a wonderful experience at House of Chippendale. Great service and high quality furniture selection. My sales rep was very professional and was patient in showing me various options and helped me design my living room/dining room. Extremely impressed with how well-informed the staff are here. This place is a hidden gem, will definitely be purchasing here again in the future!

Easily the best furniture store I've seen. You can spend 4k on a table at the brick and it will nees to be replaced in 10 years, or you can spend 8k on a table here and it looks infinitely better, is repairable, and lasts a lifetime. They ship anywhere, carve their own wood, and customize the furniture for free. Best value per unit dollar.

Recently purchased a sofa, two lounge chairs and a coffee table and am blown away by the quality and excellent customer service. The owner really took the time to ensure that my fabric and finish selections suited my home. She was so honest with me that she even discouraged me from purchasing certain items that she felt wouldn't fit the aesthetics of my home, making me realize that she genuinely wanted me to leave with items that were the best fit for my home. Definitely will be recommending friends and family to support their business.
