“Just WOW! Amazing customer service. I was able to look around without the pressure of having a customer rep behind me. I could not find the product I wanted (a specific hinge for my kitchen cabinets) so I approached the desk (they have a ticketing system, so they are well organized) and I was lucky to ah Larry helping me out. He went on finding the item I wanted in a catalogue, and made the time to compare the product they carry against the hinge a brought from home. He went on comparing the angles and the holes of the hardware to make sure they fit my cabinets.
The price was reasonable, but the service priceless. It was my first time in the store, so he offered me to “hook me up” and register me as a client, so I can get the offers by email and mail and also track my purchase history. The whole process was a breeze. I will definitely be coming back… there are some tools that I want to grab ?”
