The sign in to save a spot dies not work AGAIN. , last time I couldn’t use it phoned in, , went there and waited 45 minutes to get a cut ! As I was considered a walk in and everyone else was taken before me ! I saw one person who could sign in from the parking lot . I showed them my screen too. This time there is a red banner on the site saying down temporarily. Minimal wait time this time and I got a great cut, as usual . Just wish you would fix the website

Coquitlam's long held haircut business. Fast service, friendly staff and a clean facility. Friends and family regularly visit and recommend. A large free parking lot and easy access.

Really disappointing services we went there because they had a saleWe don’t go there often and didn’t know about the reservation system of course they were busy we expected that but the wait screen said 36 minutes which we were good with them 23 minutes so we asked to get put on the list the Employee said it be a 45 minute wait ok but then questioned us if we really wanted to wait that long we clarified that the screen said 23 minutes again she repeated 45 minutesAt that point we felt the employee didn’t really want our business We left andWe went to the New West location after and they were amazing

Terrible. My whole fe hasn’t had a haircut in years so we thought we’d give them a chance. When we went in the wait on their screen said a 24 minute wait. The lady told us it was a long wait and “are you sure you want to wait?” My wife told her that she hadn’t had a haircut in 4 years and the lady said it will be at least 45 minutes. Obviously didn’t want our business. Will never go back.
